Step 1: Simply apply online for the tax payment facility with all relevant supporting documents such as "Notice of Assessment" or "GIRO Monthly Instalment Plan"
Step 2: Send an SMS after submitting the application form using the format below to 7HSBC (74722):

| Promotion is valid from 19 July to 15 August 2012, both dates inclusive ("Promotional Period"). All income or property tax documents must be submitted to, and received by, HSBC by 20 August 2012. Limited to the first 500 customers who SMS in and sign up for a tax payment facility of minimum of S$1,000 monthly instalment or S$10,000 one-time payment ("HSBC Tax Payment Facility") during the Promotional Period with applications approved by 31 August 2012 ("Successful Applicants"). Applicable to new sign-ups only. All Successful Applicants will receive the vouchers by mail to the primary cardholder's mailing address in our records by 30 September 2012 or such other date as may be notified by HSBC. Each Successful Applicant will receive a maximum S$50 worth of vouchers, regardless of the number of tax payment facilities applied for. Promotion is only applicable to all HSBC credit cards issued in Singapore, except HSBC US dollar cards, HSBC corporate cards, The Choice Card and HSBC debit cards. Use of the vouchers is subject to the relevant merchant's terms and conditions; please refer to the merchant for details. HSBC is not the supplier of the vouchers and shall not be liable in relation to or in connection with the vouchers in any manner whatsoever. Promotion is not valid with other discounts and promotions. HSBC reserves the right to vary the terms of and withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
