It's time you update your KYC documents!

Dear Customer,

We, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (Bank), wish to advise you that as per the provisions of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Master Circular DBOD.AML.BC. No.2/14.01.001/2009-10 dated July 01, 2009 on Know Your Customer (KYC) norms, it is mandatory for all the banks to periodically UPDATE the customer identification and address data (including photograph/s) for all accounts held with them.

Customers who have opened their account prior to 31st December, 2008 are required to submit their UPDATED VALID DOCUMENTS.

In accordance with the above, customers of the Bank who have opened the account prior to 31st December 2008 are requested to kindly send UPDATED VALID DOCUMENTS to the nearest branch of the Bank or KYC Cell - CMB, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, 96, Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai, Mylapore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600004, to ensure continuity of service.
