因此,網上理財內的「範本」已換上新面貌,為您帶來更佳的體驗。

如何作出安排

為更新作好準備,以確保您能更便捷的使用轉賬服務,請依照以下步驟,將您的現有範本登記為新轉賬戶口。

按「範本」。
選取您所需的範本並按「登記為新轉賬戶口」。
使用您的保安編碼器1,並跟隨屏幕上的指示繼續操作。


立即完成登記,下一天2就可以享受更佳的匯豐網上理財轉賬體驗。


風險聲明

當您於個人網上理財登記新轉賬戶口後,轉賬至該戶口時便毋須使用保安編碼器再次確認。您應於登記新轉賬戶口前核實其身份,包括其業務性質。如您登記的新轉賬戶口容許第三者在沒有您授權的情況下提取款項,您已轉賬到該戶口的款項或會未經您的許可而被提取。


1  如您沒有保安編碼器,您可填妥相關表格(https://www.personal.hsbc.com.hk/1/content/hongkongpws/pdf/pib-transfer-limit.pdf) 並郵寄或交回任何匯豐分行以登記轉賬戶口。
2  於星期一至五晚上9時前或星期六下午6時前發出的指示,將於下一個工作天之內生效。於星期一至五晚上9時後或星期六下午6時後或公眾假期發出的指示,將於下兩個工作天之內生效。

Your Templates are changing

We're improving a few things at HSBC Internet Banking to help you transfer local funds more easily and faster, without the need to use your Security Device each time.

As part of that initiative, the way "Templates" are used in internet banking have been changed to make way for a new and improved experience.

What you have to do

To prepare for that change and ensure you'll be able to transfer funds more efficiently, please register your existing templates as new "Transfer Accounts" by following the steps below.

Open your "Templates".
Select the template and click on "Register as new Transfer Accounts".
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration with your Security Device1.

Complete these steps today, and start enjoying the improved experience tomorrow2.


Risk Disclosure Statement

Once you have registered a new transfer account in Personal Internet Banking, no further authentication using the Security Device is required when you make transfer to such account. You are also reminded to check the identity of the new transfer account including its business nature before such creation. If you have registered a transfer account, which is an account allowing 3rd party to withdraw your funds without your presence or verification, your funds transferred to that account may be withdrawn without your authorisation.


1  If you do not have a Security Device, you can submit the request form (https://www.personal.hsbc.com.hk/1/content/hongkongpws/pdf/pib-transfer-limit.pdf) by mail or at any HSBC branch to register the transfer account.
2  Adding a registered transfer account will be effective on the next working day when submitted before 9 pm from Monday to Friday, or before 6 pm on Saturday. Instructions will be effective in 2 working days when submitted after 9 pm from Monday to Friday; after 6 pm on Saturday; or on a Public Holiday.
