The promotional period, unless otherwise specified, is from 1 December 2013 to 28 February 2014, both dates inclusive (“Promotional Period”). 2. This promotion applies to customers holding any Hong Kong Dollar personal primary, combined additional, separate additional credit cards (including co-branded cards and Private Label Cards) and UnionPay Dual Currency credit cards (applicable to Hong Kong Dollar account only) issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (the “Bank”) in Hong Kong (each an “Eligible Credit Card”). Business cards, corporate cards, purchasing cards, Renminbi cards and US dollar cards do not qualify for participation in the promotion. Customers holding any Eligible Credit Cards shall be referred to as the “Cardholders” herein below. 3. To be eligible for the promotion, Cardholders must be a member of the Times Square VIC Club. Cardholders who complete the redemption process described in Clause 5 and conduct transactions at any merchants in Times Square in Hong Kong with an Eligible Credit Card during the Promotional Period are entitled to receive an extra 1 TS Point from the Times Square VIC Club (aggregately as “Extra TS Point”) for every HK$1 spent (“The 2X Offer”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Extra TS Point which will be awarded in addition to the basic TS Point under the Times Square VIC Club Member Programme is offered by Times Square and not the Bank. Each Cardholder is entitled to receive each day during the Promotional Period a maximum of (i) 5,000 Extra TS Points under the Offer and (ii) an additional 5,000 TS Points upon a single transaction of HK$5,000 or above. Cardholders are required to redeem the Extra TS Points at the VIC Concierge located at the 5/F Times Square in order to receive the Extra TS Points under this promotion. The terms and conditions of the Cardholder’s credit card agreement with the Bank will continue to apply. The Offer is also governed by the terms and conditions stipulated by Times Square. The Bank accepts no liability for any such termination or amendment and will not notify the Cardholders separately of any such change.
