4.	If cardholders do not indicate a choice of wine, a mixed case will be sent. In the event of a wine being unavailable, a substitute of similar style and of equal or greater value will be supplied. If cardholders are unhappy with any substitutions received, Direct Wines will arrange collection without charge by calling (852) 3071 5085.
5.	Direct Wines will be responsible for the goods delivery and delivery should arrive within 5 working days upon order confirmation.
6.	Delivery is to home and office in Hong Kong only.
