The programme period is from 15 October 2012 to 31 January2013 (both dates inclusive). |

A qualified HSBC Premier customer ("qualified customer") must meet both of the following requirements: |

a) The customer must already have an HSBC Advance account with a local branch of HSBC (China) Company Limited ("the Bank") by 14 October 2012, and
b) The customer shall open/maintain an HSBC Premier account by 31 January 2013 and meet HSBC China Premier minimum total relationship balance ("HSBC China Premier minimum for total relationship balance"), which is RMB500,000 or its equivalent including deposit and wealth management products |

A qualified customer is not entitled to enjoy gifts offered by any other promotions of the Bank in the same period. Each qualified customer is able to enjoy only one gift at any given time. |

The image of the gift is for reference only. The gift cannot be replaced with other products or exchanged for cash upon confirmation by the Bank. |

The gift is provided by METRO and will also be delivered by METRO to the address provided by the customer on the designated online gift redemption platform. The gift is available while stocks last and offered on a first-come-first-served basis. The Bank takes no responsibility for the quality of the gift. |

The Bank reserves the right to offer an alternative gift when the specified gift is not available and amend the terms and conditions herein without prior notice. |
8. |
The Bank is not responsible for the loss or damage of any redemption letter or product redeemed through this programme. |
9. |
Each participant has to ensure that his/her personal information provided to and maintained with the Bank is true and accurate. In case of any change in his/her personal information, the participant should inform the Bank of such change in time. In the event that the Bank could not get the participant notified of the gift by the prescribed gift redemption deadline due to the inaccuracy of the personal information provided by the participant, as a result of the participant failing to acquire or redeem the gift, the Bank shall assume no liabilities therefore. |

In the event of disputes about this programme or the terms and conditions, the Bank reserves the right of final decision subject to any laws and regulations. |
11. |
In case of any discrepancies between the terms and conditions and other promotional materials related to this programme, these terms and conditions shall apply and prevail. |
12. |
In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail. |
13. |
This programme does not apply to the Bank's sub-branches in Dalian. |
