If you have a visual impairment, here are a few things that could make everyday banking easier.

Screen reading for the visually impaired

While our ATM and CDM machines are not audio function enabled, we do have other substitute features to help you.

Numeric Keys which are arranged in a 12-key ascending or descending telephone keypad layout, while the number ‘5’ key is distinct to the touch from other keys

Function Keys which contrast in touch from background surfaces – namely, the characters and symbols on the surfaces of the keys contrast in touch from the keys’ surfaces

The Function Key surfaces carry the following tactile symbols:

  • Enter or Proceed key: raised circle
  • Clear or Correct key: raised left arrow
  • Cancel key: raised letter ‘x’
  • Add Value key: raised ‘+’ sign
  • Decrease Value key: raised minus sign
