Promotion is valid from 15 March 2013 to 31 May 2013 ("Promotion Period"), or when the 30,000 “Pump & Win” Cards are fully redeemed, whichever is earlier. |

A customer who holds an HSBC credit card (except HSBC US card, HSBC Corporate card and HSBC Debit card) (“Card”) issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Singapore (“HSBC”), (“Cardholder”) and who fulfills these terms and conditions shall be eligible to participate in this promotion (“Promotion”). |

A Cardholder has to charge a minimum spend of S$100 inclusive of a minimum of S$60 nett petrol spend in a single receipt at any Caltex station in Singapore to a valid Card during the Promotion Period, to be eligible for a "Pump & Win" card. |

| • |
To redeem for the "Pump & Win" card, Cardholders are to present (a) the original charge slip(s) satisfying the minimum spend referred to in Clause 3 above; and (b) their Card for verification at any Caltex service station in Singapore. For purpose of (a), this is limited to a maximum of two (2) combined charge slips, inclusive of the Caltex charge slip that meets the minimum petrol spend required. |

Redemption of the "Pump & Win" card will have to be made within the Promotion Period, while stocks last. |

Each Cardholder is entitled to redeem only one "Pump & Win" card per redemption, regardless of the total spend accumulated in the charge slip(s) as long as the minimum spend has been reached. |

Charge slip used to redeem for a "Pump & Win" card cannot be presented again to redeem for another “Pump & Win” card, or for other HSBC Redemption Programmes unless otherwise stated. |

HSBC is not the supplier of and accepts no liability for the goods and/or services provided by merchants involved in this Promotion. |

HSBC reserves the right to vary, amend, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time in its discretion without prior notice. |

HSBC’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entertained. |
