| 1. |
This Offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (‘HSBC’) and any participation in the said offer is voluntary. |

| 2. |
The offer is applicable to Resident Indian customers of HSBC’s Retail Banking & Wealth Management division (‘customers’), using the HSBC SimplyPay Unified Payment Interface (UPI) app for transactions as specified below |
|
|
| 3. |
The offer is valid from 15 March 2017 to 30 April 2017 (‘Offer Period’).
|
|
|
| 4. |
Offer Criteria: First 10,000 (ten thousand) customers who do a minimum of 3 successful Pay or Collect transfer transactions using HSBC SimplyPay UPI app, during the offer period will be eligible for a BookMyShow e-voucher of  100 (WINPIN codes). Any un-successful transactions will not be eligible or counted towards the transaction count for the offer. |

| 5. |
The BookMyShow voucher (WINPIN codes) of 100 will be given only to the first 10,000 customers who meet the above mentioned offer criteria. These vouchers will be sent within 45 days from the date of the completion of the offer period. |

| 6. |
The WINPIN Code can be redeemed only on bookmyshow website/mobile App on the purchase of tickets for Movies/Plays/Concert/Sport available on Bookmyshow and cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema/venue box office. |

|
| 7. |
Eligible customers will be entitled for only one voucher during the offer period, subject to completion of the offer criteria, irrespective of the number of transactions done over and above those mentioned in the offer criteria.
In case multiple customers meet the offer criteria simultaneously, the customer completing the transaction earlier, will be considered eligible for the offer before those completing later. For example, if two customer have done a minimum of 3 or more successful transactions on the last date of the offer period, the customer completing the transactions successfully earlier will be eligible for the offer, subject to the overall count of 10,000 eligible customers.

| 8. |
Prior to using the BookMyShow website and mobile application, the Cardholder should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and terms and conditions of the said website and the mobile application and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder will be required to give personal information and other details online. The Cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy of the website and the mobile application prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the Cardholder towards availing or fulfilment of the offer is at the sole discretion of the Cardholder and HSBC will not be responsible for the same. BookMyShow may use the personal information shared by the Cardholder for any other purpose (like marketing, etc.) and HSBC shall not be held liable for such usage of personal information by BookMyShow. |

| 9. |
The Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-encashable. |
|
|
| 10. |
This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer on Bookmyshow mobile application during the offer period. |

| 11. |
Bookmyshow and HSBC reserve the right to decide on whether a purchase transaction meets the eligibility criteria as listed above. All decisions in respect of the offer will be at the sole discretion of HSBC and Bookmyshow and the same will be final, binding and non-contestable. |

| 12. |
HSBC and Bookmyshow reserve the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice. The offer may/may not be extended as mutually agreed by HSBC and Bookmyshow. |

| 13. |
HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products offered under this offer. Any dispute regarding these must be addressed in writing, by the applicant directly to Bookmyshow. |

| 14. |
HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer. |

| 15. |
The usage of the HSBC SimplyPay UPI app is governed by the applicable terms and conditions. Please visit www.hsbc.co.in for the same. |

| 16. |
The offer is subject to force majeure events. |
|
|
| 17. |
Tax liability, if any will be borne by the Applicant. |
|
|
| 18. |
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, will not constitute any claim against HSBC |

| 19. |
By participating in this offer, the Applicants will be deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned terms and conditions in totality. |

| Steps to redeem your Winpin codes by executing the following steps : |

Log on to bookmyshow.com or the bookmyshow mobile app |
|
|
|
Select Location, Event, Venue, Show Date & Time and Seats of your preference as the logic flows |
|
|
|
On the payment page, go to "Avail Offers & Discounts" & enter the Winpin Code in the text box that appears & click on "Check" button to avail the offer |
|
|
|
The voucher code amount will be deducted from the total amount payable |
|
|
|
Each Winpin Code is valid for a single transaction only and the amount cannot be split across multiple transactions. Also, only one Winpin code can be used in a single transaction |
|

|
At the end of a successful transaction, a booking-id gets generated which needs to be shown at the box-office for actual tickets. Email/SMS confirmation will be sent on email address/mobile number provided while completing the transaction.
