This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (hereinafter referred to as 'HSBC India') incorporated in Hong Kong SAR and having its India corporate office at 52/60, Mahatma Gandhi Road,

This offer is open only to the existing Retail Banking and Wealth Management customers of HSBC India (hereinafter referred to as 'Participants'). Any participation in the offer is voluntary, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. |

| 3. |
The offer period is from 00:00 hours, Indian Standard Time (IST) on 6 April 2017 to 23:59 hours on 6 June 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Offer Period'). The transaction needs to be generated/completely processed within this period. |

| 4. |
To be eligible for this offer, the Participant is required to fulfil the following offer terms: Execute atleast one inward or outward remittance transaction for a minimum value of USD 5,000 or equivalent thereof through HSBC India using the wire/Global Transfer option during the Offer Period. Send or receive the remittance by wire/Global Transfer as per the details given on the HSBC India website for using wire/global transfer. Remittances to overseas accounts from India using HSBC Internet Banking services are only permissible through Non-Resident External (NRE) accounts. Non-Resident Ordinary accountholders (NRO) and Resident accountholders need to visit their nearest HSBC branch for executing an outward remittance. | 5. |
Each Participant will be entitled to one offer, irrespective of the actual number of remittances done through HSBC India during the Offer Period under the same customer ID. |

| 6. |
The eligible customers, who meet the offer terms, will be given 'Five months free membership of BIGFLIX (Gift Coupons)' (hereinafter referred to as 'Offer'). The membership will be valid for 5 consecutive months from the date of registration and will commence from the start date and should be availed of and completed within the one year validity of the coupon. |

The validity period of the Gift Coupons will be one year from the date of issue of the Gift Coupons, i.e. the five months must be availed of and completed within the year's validity, or they will lapse. |

| 8. |
The eligible customers will be sent an e-mail and SMS containing the BIGFLIX Gift Coupon (GC) code number on their registered e-mail ID and mobile number by 30 June 2017. In case the e-mail ID/SMS of the customer is unregistered, eligible customer will be sent a letter containing the BIGFLIX Gift Coupon (GC) code number on their registered correspondence address. The GC code number must be used to avail of the Offer for downloading and streaming movies at www.bigflix.com/hsbc (hereinafter referred to as 'Website'). |

| 9. |
Once the BIGFLIX GC code number is communicated to the customer, the customer assumes ownership of the BIGFLIX GC code number. |

Usage of the BIGFLIX GC code number for subscription on BIGFLIX is subject to the terms and conditions as stated in https://www.bigflix.com/bigflixterms.html |

| 11. |
Prior to using www.bigflix.com website, the customer should read and understand, accept and agree to the user agreement pertaining to the said website and proceed only if the Customer agrees to abide by the same. The customer shall be required to give personal details and other details online. The customer should read and understand the 'website' terms and conditions and privacy policy prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the customer towards availing of or fulfilment of the Offer is at the sole discretion of the customer and HSBC India will not be responsible for the same. BIGFLIX may use the personal information shared by the customer for any other purpose (like marketing, etc.) and HSBC India shall not be held liable for such usage of personal information by BIGFLIX. |

| 12. |
This Offer cannot be combined with any other existing or fresh Offer available on the website. |
|
|
| 13. |
The choice of Offer will be at the sole discretion of HSBC India and is subject to change with intimation to the Participant. |

| 14. |
HSBC India does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability or suitability of the services offered under this Offer. Any dispute regarding these must be addressed in writing, by the customer directly to BIGFLIX. |

|
| 15. |
HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of participating in the Offer. |
|
|
| 16. |
HSBC reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any terms and conditions of the Offer at any point in time with notice to the customer. All decisions in respect of the Offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC India and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. Other than the specific entitlements available to customers under this Offer, any other claims with regards to this Offer against HSBC are waived. |

| 17. |
The Offer cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of the Offer. |
|
|
| 18. |
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. |

| 19. |
The Offer is subject to force majeure events. |
|
|
| 20. |
Tax liability, if any, will need to be borne by the customer. |
|
|
| 21. |
By participating in this Offer, the customer accepts all the above mentioned terms and conditions in totality. |
