How to apply?
1 Download the Application form and fill in the required details Click here
2 Print the document, self-attest it and scan the form. (In case of minor candidates, the documentation formalities must be signed by the Guardian on behalf of the Minor)
3 Attach the scanned Application form and send an email to scholarship@hsbc.co.in

Terms and Conditions:
All documents required need to be submitted to be eligible for the scholarship.
Any application beyond the last date will not be considered for selection.
The eligibility criteria - Candidate can be a minor or a major. In case of minor candidates, the documentation formalities are signed by the Guardian on behalf of the Minor.
We have no obligation to award any scholarships, even if a person meets the eligibility criteria.
The decision to award a scholarship will be made solely by HSBC; and that decision will be final and conclusive.
3 eligible winners from the qualified submission will be selected.
HSBC is not required to provide reasons for that decision.
Successful candidates will be required to repay the scholarship if they don’t provide proof of payment to their university; and
The personal information collected is solely for the application of the Scholarship programme only.
HSBC will be promoting the results of the campaign like publishing photos of the winners on its website or on social media.
HSBC will collect and use personal data of these candidates for the purpose of selection of the candidate for the scholarship.
This HSBC Scholarship Programme (programme) is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (‘HSBC’).
The Scholarship Programme is not applicable to staff of HSBC Bank or any HSBC Group entity.
To participate in this programme, the candidates who satisfy the above mentioned eligibility criteria will then and need to submit the supporting documents.
In case of minor candidates the application form will be signed by the Natural Guardian/Court appointed Guardian of the minor and he/she by signing the application form agrees to these terms and conditions.
HSBC at its sole discretion shall select 3 candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria for receiving the scholarship and under no obligation to mention the reasons for the candidates who may have not been selected.
HSBC is under no obligation to award any scholarships, even if a candidate meeting the eligibility criteria. HSBC in its sole discretion reserves the right to alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this programme by another programme, whether similar to this or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time.
The application for the scholarship will have to be applied between December 2020 to 15 May 2021 (Both dates inclusive). Any application beyond the last date of application will not be considered for selection.
HSBC India does not make any warranties or representation about the quality or suitability of the services offered by the Educational Institutions or Universities. Any dispute regarding these must be taken up with the said Educational Institutions or Universities.
All decisions in respect of the eligible candidates for the programme shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered by the candidates in participating in this programme.
This programme is subject to force majeure events.
The scholarship amount is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-cashable.
Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the candidate.
All disputes relating to the programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai only.
