Home Loan Offer: Terms and Conditions
1. This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (hereinafter referred as 'HSBC') and any participation in the said offer is voluntary.
2. This offer is applicable to Resident & Non-Resident Indians who hold a Premier relationship with HSBC (hereinafter referred to as the 'Customers'). Further, the Customer should hold a Premier relationship with the bank at least 30 days before the date of disbursal of the Home Loan facility.
3. Under this offer, the customers applying for Home Loans and Smart Home facilities would be eligible for special floating rates of interest and also for HSBC Extra Points on the disbursal of Fresh loans, Balance Transfer/Takeover and Balance Transfer plus Top-up facilities.
4. This offer is valid for all applications logged in and loans disbursed by HSBC during the period 23 July 2015 to 30 September 2015 only (hereinafter referred as “campaign period”), where the value of the loan is equal to more than 30 Lakhs.
5. The relevant terms of this offer are as follows:

6. You need to be registered on extrapoints.co.in to avail of the Extra Points under this offer. You need to have HSBC debit card, area PIN code as per HSBC records and valid email ID registered with HSBC to register on extrapoints.co.in. 7. The total loan amount disbursed within the campaign period will be considered for calculation of the HSBC Extra Points e.g. if Takeover/Balance Transfer and Top-up is disbursed in the campaign period under the same customer, the sum of both the loan amounts would be considered to calculate qualifying HSBC Extra Points.
8. In case of loan against under-construction property, the sum total of all tranche disbursals against sanctioned amount during the campaign period will be considered for calculating the eligible HSBC Extra Points. Any tranche amount that is disbursed outside the Offer period will not be considered, irrespective of the loan value.
9. Loan disbursed during the campaign period, however cancelled thereafter would not qualify for this offer. Also, loans disbursed by taking certain actions on existing loans (e.g. re-booking, conversion) will not qualify for this offer.
10. The HSBC Extra Points will be credited to customers Extra Points account between 01 October 2015 and 31 October 2015.
11. Under this Offer, top-up facility is also allowed to the extent of 100% of the takeover amount/base loan at the same rate (for same type of product). If the top-up amount is higher than 100% of the takeover amount, the applicable interest rate will be 0.50% higher on the complete top-up amount than the rate applicable rate for the takeover loan (for same type of product).
12. Processing of all loans are subject to adherence of necessary documentation and satisfaction of internal legal, compliance and credit requirements of HSBC.
13. HSBC will conduct required verification, valuation and legal checks as per its extant policies.
14. HSBC reserves the right to ask for documents as required for the loan processing.
15. Under the Offer, interest is offered at floating rate only. All floating rate loans are linked to HSBC's Base Rate, and any revision in the Base Rate will impact the floating rate of the loan.
16. HSBC reserves its right to reject the loan application, withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer, at any time with due intimation.
17. HSBC will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of availing of the Offer. All decisions with respect to the offer and the Loan applied are at the sole discretion of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC). Currently Home Loans are available to applicants and for properties in and around the city limits of (sourcing cities) Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Mumbai, New Delhi (NCR) and Pune; and this is subject to change from time to time.
