This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited,
India (hereinafter referred to as 'HSBC') and any participation is voluntary. This referral
offer is applicable to select HSBC Premier MasterCard® credit card customers (hereinafter referred to as 'Participant') and the referrals given by the participants are hereinafter referred
to as ‘Prospect(s)’. |

The offer is valid till 31 December 2012 (hereinafter referred to as
‘Offer Period’). |
|
|
| 3. |
To participate in the offer: |
|
|
|
| a) |
The participant is expected to fill the Premier credit card referral lead form available with the Premier relationship manager and give details of at least 2 prospects in the referral form. |
|
|
| b) |
Only if the referred prospect(s) apply(ies) for and is/are issued the HSBC Premier MasterCard® credit card (credit card) during the offer period, will 10,000 reward points
for each successful referral be credited to the participant's credit card and prospect's
credit card. A maximum of 20,000 reward points will be credited to the participant's
credit card (hereinafter referred to as 'Eligibility Criteria') irrespective of the number of prospects referred. |

| 4. |
Upon meeting the above eligibility criteria, reward points will be credited to the participant’s
and the prospect’s HSBC Premier MasterCard® credit cards within 45 working days from the end of the offer period and would reflect in the subsequent month's statement for their cards. |

| 5. |
Issuance of the credit card is at the sole discretion of HSBC. |
|
|
| 6. |
The prospect will be eligible for the offer only when the credit card is issued. Should the credit card not be issued due to certain conditions, which is at the sole discretion of HSBC, the prospect will not be eligible for 10,000 reward points.

|
| 7. |
HSBC India will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer.
|

|
| 8. |
HSBC reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point of time without prior notice.

| 9. |
The offer is subject to force majeure events.
|
|
|
| 10. |
Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the applicant.
|
|
|
| 11. |
All conditions of the HSBC rewards programme shall apply.
|
|
|
| 12. |
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute any claim against HSBC. |
