  1. A self-attested copy of proof of identity
    • Passport

    Note: if the passport includes the overseas address as mentioned on the declaration form, then no additional proof of address is required.

  2. A self-attested copy of proof of overseas address (Any one of the following)
    • Work Permit / Valid VISA
    • Person of Indian Origin (PIO) Card
    • Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card
    • Latest Electricity Bill
    • Latest Landline Telephone Bill
    • Latest Water or Gas Bill
    • Other Bank Statement*
    • Driving License
    • Residence Permit / Government issued Identity Card

    *not older than 3 months required for a period of 3 months with at least 2 self induced transaction no bounced cheque reflecting in the statement.

  3. A recent passport size photograph

In case of joint accounts or accounts with power of attorney, please complete the declaration and provide us with the above documents for each joint account holder or power of attorney holder.
