| HSBC Terms and Conditions |

This promotion is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (hereinafter referred to as “HSBC India”) incorporated in Hong Kong SAR and having its India corporate office at 52/60, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Mumbai 400 001. This promotion is open only to existing Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers of HSBC India, who are residents in The United States of America (US), The United Kingdom(UK), United Arab Emirates(UAE), Hong Kong(HK), Canada & Singapore (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”). Any participation in the promotion is voluntary. |

The promotion is open from 00:00 hours, Indian Standard Time (IST) on 11th February, 2010 to 23:59 hours 28th February, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period'). To participate in this promotion, the Participant is required to: |

Make money transfer to his/her NR account held with HSBC India as mandated in the emailer sent by HSBC India. In case the participant has not received the emailer, he/she may call the NRI Contact Center to get further details on the offer. |
|
|
|
Register the transaction by visiting www.hsbc.co.in/nri. In the Promotion Code enter ‘Valentine Day’. Only one registration will be considered for the promotion irrespective of the number of remittance transactions done by the participant during the promotion period. |

| 3. |
Post a successful registration of the remittance transaction, the recipient registered by the Participant for the Promotion will be eligible for a decorative floral arrangement from Ferns ‘N’ Petals, ( hereinafter referred to as “Gift”). The gift would consist of cloth flowers placed in a glass flower pot from Ferns ‘N’ Petals. |

The gift will be sent to the address of the recipient registered for the promotion. If there is no address registered, then the Participant will not be eligible for the Gift. |

| 5. |
The dispatch of the gifts will be initiated after 11th March,2010. The gifts are expected to reach the Recipient in 15-20 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of the gifts will be subject to a valid address being given at the time of registration. The gifts will be delivered only in the cities where HSBC India has a branch. Please visit www.hsbc.co.in to know the current list of cities where HSBC India has branches. Incase the Recipient is located outside the said cities the gift cannot be couriered to the Recipient and therefore the Recipient will not be eligible to receive the gifts. |

Remittance credits reflecting in the Account till 06 March 2010 will be considered for the promotion. If a transaction is conducted within the promotion period, but the credit to the Account reflects after 06 March 2010, then the Participant will not be eligible for the Offer. |

| 7. |
For the sake of clarity, it is hereby confirmed that only on meeting the above mentioned conditions, will the Participant be considered to be eligible for this promotion. Note that HSBC India will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for the Participants’ inability to register the Transaction. |

| 8. |
HSBC India will not be responsible for the quality and delay of the gifts. In case of any query relating to the non-receipt of gifts by the Recipient, please contact where the NR Contact center. |

| 9. |
HSBC India will not be liable if the Recipient does not accept the gifts. |
|
|
| 10. |
The Offer is subject to force majeure events. |
|
|
| 11. |
HSBC India will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Offer. |

| 12. |
All decisions in respect of the Offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC India and shall be final and binding and will be non-contestable. All Participants and recipients waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the Offer against HSBC India. |

| 13. |
HSBC India reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time, without any prior notice. |

| 14. |
The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. |
|

| 15. |
The participation is voluntary. |
|
|
| 16. |
Employees of the HSBC group, their relatives and family members, will not be eligible to participate in this Offer. |

| 17. |
Tax liability, if any will be borne by the Participant. |
|
|
| 18. |
This Offer will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HSBC India. |

| 19. |
By participating in the Offer, the Participants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in totality. |
