This Offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (hereinafter referred to as 'HSBC India') incorporated in Hong Kong SAR and having its India corporate office at 52/60, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Mumbai 400 001. This Offer is open only to existing Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers of HSBC India residing in Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia (hereinafter referred to as 'Participant'). Any participation in the Offer is voluntary, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. |

The Offer is open from 00:00 hours, Indian Standard Time (IST) from 08 February 2012 to
23:59 hours 29 February 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Offer Period'). To participate in this
Offer, the Participant is required to: |

Make a single money transfer to his/her Non-Resident account held with HSBC India, using any of the modes (as may be applicable in the country of residence of the customer) mentioned in the emailer (hereinafter referred to as 'Eligibility Criteria'). |

Post executing the transaction successfully, the Participant may register the name of the Recipient (who is eligible to receive a set of Movie DVDs from HSBC India) by clicking on 'Click here' tab listed along with the Offer details by calling the NRI PhoneBanking vide a pin verified call post executing the remittance transaction. On successfully making a pin verified call to NRI PhoneBanking with complete details of the Recipient as desired, the ‘registration process’ will be fulfilled. Only one registration will be considered for the promotion during the Offer Period. |

Recipient as may be stated by the Participant will be eligible to receive a set of Movie DVDs from HSBC India herein referred to as 'Gift'. |

For the sake of clarity, it is hereby confirmed that only on meeting the above mentioned conditions, followed by successful registration, will the Participant and the Recipient be considered to be eligible for this Offer. |

Please note that the details of the Recipient provided to HSBC India are for the sole purpose of distributing the Gift. |

HSBC India will not be responsible for any delay or non delivery of the Gift, if the mailing/correspondence address of Recipient is invalid and/or if the ‘registration process’ as defined above is not successfully completed and/or the pin verified call made to the NRI PhoneBanking is not completed. The Gift shall be delivered only in the cities in India where HSBC India has a branch. Please visit hsbc.co.in to know the current list of cities where HSBC India has branches in India. In case the address is located outside the said cities, the Gift cannot be couriered to him/her and therefore the Participant will not be eligible for the Offer. |

Remittance credits reflecting in the Account till 04 March 2012 will be considered for the Offer.
If a transaction is conducted within the Offer Period, but the credit to the Account reflects after
04 March 2012, then the Participant will not be eligible for the Offer. |

| 9. |
The dispatch of Gift will be initiated within 10 working days from the end of Offer Period to the address of the Recipient as stated by the Participant during the registration process. The same shall reach the Recipient within 10 working days from the day of dispatch. |

| 10. |
HSBC India will not be liable if the Recipient does not accept the Gifts. |
|
|
| 11. |
HSBC India will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Offer or the use of the Gift. |

| 12. |
The Offer is subject to force majeure events. |
|
|
| 13. |
The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash. |

HSBC India reserves the right to change/withdraw this Offer at any point in time (without prior intimation to the Participant). |

HSBC India does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, and/or suitability of the Gift and HSBC India shall not be liable for any defect or deficiency in the said Gift. |

By participating in the Offer, the Participants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in totality. |
