| HSBC Terms and Conditions |

This promotion is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (hereinafter referred to as “HSBC India”) Incorporated in Hong Kong SAR and having its India Corporate Office at 52/60, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Mumbai 400 001. This promotion is open only to existing Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers of HSBC India, who are residents in The United Kingdom (UK), United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, Oman, Hong Kong (HK) & Canada (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”). Any participation in the promotion is voluntary, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

The promotion is open from 00:00 hours, Indian Standard Time (IST) from 23rd June, 2010 to 23:59 hours 25th July, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period'). To participate in this promotion, the ‘Participant’ is required to:

Make a transfer to his/her NR account held with HSBC India as mandated in the emailer sent by HSBC India. In case the ‘Participant’ has not received the emailer, he/she may call the NR Contact Center to get further details on the promotion .

Post a successful remittance transaction, the ‘Participant’ will be sent a VCD pack of 2 cricket based movies (hereinafter referred to as “Gift”) on the mailing/correspondence address registered with HSBC India.
|
|
|
|
| 3. |
HSBC India will not be responsible for any delay or non delivery of the 'gift' if the mailing/correspondence address of the ‘Participant’, as available with HSBC India, is not updated or is invalid. In case of any query relating to the non-receipt of 'gift', please contact the NR Contact Centre. The ‘Gift’ will be delivered only in the cities where HSBC India has a branch. Please visit www.hsbc.co.in to know the current list of cities where HSBC India has branches. Incase the ‘Participant’ is located outside the said cities, the ‘Gift’ cannot be couriered to the ‘Participant’ and therefore the ‘Participant’ will not be eligible to receive the ‘Gift’ and the ‘Participant’ will not be eligible for the promotion.

Only one money transfer transaction during the 'Promotion Period', will be considered for the promotion. |

| 5. |
Remittance credits reflecting in the Account till 28th July, 2010 will be considered for the promotion. If a transaction is conducted within the promotion period, but the credit to the Account reflects after 28th July 2010, then the ‘Participant’ will not be eligible for the Offer.

| 6. |
For the sake of clarity, it is hereby confirmed that only on meeting the above mentioned conditions, will the ‘Participant’ be considered to be eligible for this promotion. Note that HSBC India will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for the ‘Participant’s’ inability to register the Transaction.

| 7. |
The dispatch of 'Gift' will be initiated after 10th August, 2010. The same shall reach the ‘Participant’ in 15-20 working days from the day of dispatch. |

| 8. |
HSBC India will not be responsible for any delay or non delivery of the gifts. In case of any query relating to the non-receipt of gifts by the ‘Participant’, please contact the NR Contact Center at the numbers given in the emailer. |

| 9. |
HSBC India will not be liable if the ‘Participant’ does not accept the gifts.
|
|
|
| 10. |
HSBC India is not to be held responsible for the content/objective of any of the movies that may be considered offending. HSBC is not endorsing the said movies.
|
|
|
| 11. |
HSBC India does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, and/or suitability of the 'Gift' and HSBC India shall not be liable for any defect or deficiency in the said 'Gift'.
|

|
| 12. |
HSBC India will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Promotion or the use of the 'Gift'.

| 13. |
The Offer is subject to force majeure events.
|
|
|
| 14. |
All decisions in respect of the Offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC India and shall be final and binding and will be non-contestable. All Participants and recipients waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the Offer against HSBC India.

| 15. |
HSBC India reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time, without any prior notice.
|
|
|
| 16. |
Employees of the HSBC group, their relatives and family members, will not be eligible to participate in this Offer.
|
|

| 17. |
Tax liability, if any will be borne by the ‘Participant’. |
|
|
| 18. |
This Offer will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HSBC India.

| 19. |
By participating in the Offer, the Participants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in totality.
