Only one money transfer will be considered for the promotion during the Offer Period. |

|
Remittance credits reflecting in the account till 04 October 2012 will be considered for the promotion. If a transaction is conducted within the promotion
period, but the credit to the Account is reflected after 04 October 2012, then you would not be eligible for the Offer. |

Participants fulfilling the eligibility criteria during the offer period will be eligible for a 3-month subscription to online streaming of movies offered by BigFlix (Offer Partner)

The coupon codes for availing the offer will be dispatched to the participant’s e-mail ID registered with HSBC India within 10 working days from the end of the offer period. |

Please note that to avail of the offer, the participant will be required to visit bigflix.com/bigflixplus and register online until Dec 31, 2012. Post registration, the participant will be required to input the coupon code sent by HSBC India to commence the subscription. The subscription will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of registration. |

Prior to using the bigflix.com website, the participant should read and understand the user agreement of the said website and proceed to register only if the participant agrees to abide by the same.
The participant shall be required to give personal information and other details online. The participant should read and understand the privacy policy of the website, prior to providing such information. |

HSBC India will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the offer if the email address of the participant as registered with HSBC India is invalid or the registration process as defined
above is not successfully completed or any unavailability/inaccessibility of the above portal on account of any reasons. |

HSBC India will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or
for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer or the
use of the
