This promotion is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (hereinafter referred to as “HSBC India”) incorporated in Hong Kong SAR and having its India corporate office at 52/60, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Mumbai 400 001. This promotion is open only to existing Premier Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers of HSBC India who are residents in Canada, United States of America, United Kingdom (UK), United Arab Emirates (UAE), Hong Kong (HK), Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”) who receive this communication. Any participation in the promotion is voluntary. |

This promotion is open to Participants resident in the following countries: US, UK, UAE, Hong Kong, Canada, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Countries of Promotion’). |

Any participation from countries other than the Countries of Promotion will not be eligible for the promotion. |

| 4. |
The promotion is open from 00:00 hours, Indian Standard Time (IST) on 5 Oct 2010 to 23:59 hours 31 October 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period'). |

| 5. |
To participate in this promotion, the Participant is required to: place a NRO Fixed Deposit of INR 50,000 or above in the Country of Promotion in his/her NR Account with HSBC India. Only NRO Fixed deposit placed during the 'Promotion Period', will be considered for the promotion. The Participant will be eligible to participate in the promotion only once during the offer period irrespective of number of NRO Fixed deposits placed by the participant during the promotion period. |

On successful placement of the NRO Fixed deposit during the promotion period the Participant will be eligible for e-vouchers from bigflix.com, which could be used to download movies from the above mentioned website. |

| 7. |
All eligible Participants will be sent an email with the e-Voucher codes free movie downloads. Customers can redeem the same by logging on to http://cinemashow.bigflix.com. He/she can select and download any TWO of the preselected movies on the above webpage once and view more than once after submitting the e-Voucher codes. The e-Voucher will be sent, to the email id of the Participant registered with HSBC India as on the date of commencement of this Promotion, latest by 12 November 2010. |

HSBC India will not be liable incase the email with the e-Voucher sent by HSBC India is not received by the Participants email id, as registered with HSBC India, on account of technical reasons including but not limited to spam, invalid email id, limited capacity of the email inbox etc. |

The Participant can download the movies (from the preselected list) by logging on to http://cinemashow.bigflix.com (Website) and redeeming the e-voucher codes enclosed, before the expiry of validity date. Please refer to the Bigflix.com terms and conditions before downloading the movies available on http://broadband.bigflix.com/bigflicks/faces/jsp/termsConditions.jsp. |

The Participant will have to register on the Website, to redeem the e-Vouchers. |
|
|
| 11. |
Prior to using the Website, the Participant should read and understand the User Agreement of the said Website and the Terms and conditions towards the redemption of the e-vouchers. The Participant should read and understand the Privacy policy for the Website, prior to providing any information. |

| 12. |
HSBC India is not endorsing the said movies and makes no representations as to the quality & content of the movies. All movies provided are certified U/A by the Central Board of Film Certification, India, which deems that these movies are for standard viewing by adults as well as children. |

| 13. |
The Promotion is subject to force majeure events. |
|
|
| 14. |
HSBC India will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Promotion. |

All decisions in respect of the Promotion shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC India and shall be final and binding and will be non-contestable. All Participants and Recipients waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the Promotion against HSBC India. |

HSBC India reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time, without any prior notice. |

| 17. |
The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of the e-vouchers. |

| 18. |
Employees of the HSBC group, their relatives and family members, will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion. |

Tax liability, if any will be borne by the Participant. |
|

| 20. |
This Promotion will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HSBC India. |

By participating in the Promotion, the participants shall be deemed to have accepted all the above mentioned Terms and Conditions in totality. |
