| HSBC Terms and Conditions |

| This promotion
is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation
Limited, India (hereinafter referred to as “HSBC India”) incorporated
in Hong Kong SAR and having its India corporate office at 52/60, Mahatma
Gandhi Road, Mumbai 400 001. This promotion is open only to existing
Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers of HSBC India, who are residents
in UAE, HK, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia (hereinafter referred
to as “Participant”). Any participation in the promotion is voluntary. |

The promotion is open from 00:00 hours, Indian Standard Time (IST) on 5th April, 2010 to 23:59 hours 21st April, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period'). To participate in this promotion, the Participant is required to: |

Make a single transfer of INR 200,000 to his/her Non-Resident account with HSBC India, using any of the modes mentioned in the emailer (hereinafter referred to as ‘Eligibility Criteria’). The participant will be eligible only for one gift during the Promotion Period. |

Watch IPL matches on youtube.co.in on 5th April, 9th April and 21st April, 2010 and note the Promotion Code that flashes during the match telecast. |

Register the transaction latest by 21st April, 2010 by visiting www.hsbc.co.in/nri and clicking on the promotional banner with the Promotion Code. |

| 2. |
Post a successful registration of the remittance transaction, the recipient registered by the Participant for the Promotion will be eligible for a 2 movie video CD pack – Lagaan and Iqbal. (Hereinafter referred to as “Gift”) . |

|
| 3. |
The gift will be sent to the address of the recipient registered for the promotion. If there is no address registered, then the Participant will not be eligible for the Gift. |
|
|
| 4. |
Remittance credits reflecting in the Account till 24th April, 2010 will be considered for the promotion. If a transaction is conducted within the promotion period, but the credit to the Account reflects after 24th April 2010, then the Participant will not be eligible for the Offer. |

| 5. |
For the sake of clarity, it is hereby confirmed that only on meeting the above mentioned conditions, will the Participant be considered to be eligible for this promotion. Note that HSBC India will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for the Participants’ inability to register the Transaction. |

| 6. |
The dispatch of the gifts will be initiated after 5th May, 2010. The gifts are expected to reach the Recipient in 15-20 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of the gifts will be subject to a valid address being given at the time of registration. The gifts will be delivered only in the cities where HSBC India has a branch. Please visit www.hsbc.co.in to know the current list of cities where HSBC India has branches. Incase the Recipient is located outside the said cities the gift cannot be couriered to the Recipient and therefore the Recipient will not be eligible to receive the gifts. |

HSBC India will not be responsible for any delay or non delivery of the gifts. In case of any query relating to the non-receipt of gifts by the Recipient, please contact the NR Contact center where the transaction is carried out. |

| 8. |
HSBC India will not be liable if the Recipient does not accept the gifts. |
|
|
| 9. |
HSBC India is not endorsing the said movies and makes no representations as to the quality & content of the movies. All movies provided are certified U/A by the Central Board of Film Certification, India, which deems that these movies are for standard viewing by adults as well as children. |

| 10. |
The offer is subject to force majeure events. |
|
|
| 11. |
HSBC India will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Promotion. |

| 12. |
All decisions in respect of the Offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC India and shall be final and binding and will be non-contestable. All Participants and recipients waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the Offer against HSBC India. |

| 13. |
HSBC India reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time, without any prior notice. |

| 14. |
The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. |
|
|
| 15. |
The participation is voluntary. |
|
|
| 16. |
Employees of the HSBC group, their relatives and family members, will not be eligible to participate in this Offer. |

| 17. |
Tax liability, if any will be borne by the Participant. |
|
|
| 18. |
This Offer will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HSBC India. |

| 19. |
By participating in the Offer, the Participants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in totality. |
