About the offer |

The first 300 Visa Qualifying Transactions made on any weekend days i.e. Friday to Sunday during the Promotion Period, for the booking of (at least) one full-price movie ticket online on www.bookmyshow.com, may will entitle the Visa cardholders who made these bookings to get one free movie ticket in the same transaction, subject to ‘Terms & Conditions’ of Offer as below, ‘How to Avail Offer’ as well as under ‘General Terms & Conditions Offer’. |

Terms & Conditions of Offer |

1. |
The maximum number of free tickets available each weekend day, i.e. Friday to Sunday during the Promotion Period is an aggregate of 300 for Visa Signature and Visa Infinite cardholders. Free tickets will be offered under the Offer for each weekend day in two blocks of 150 tickets each, with one block of tickets available under the Offer from 10.00 am of the weekend day until stock lasts and the second block of tickets available from 4.00 pm of the same weekend day until stock lasts. Offer is available on a first come first serve basis subject to availability of free ticket stocks. |

2. |
The free ticket price cannot exceed 300 ticket under this Offer. |
|
|
3. |
A maximum number of one free ticket can be received per eligible card per calendar month during the Promotion Period. |
|

4. |
Successful Visa Cardholders who receive one free ticket under this Offer must purchase and pay in full for at least one full price ticket in the same purchase transaction |

5. |
Offer is applicable for ticket bookings relating to all cinemas in India where tickets can be booked at www.bookmyshow.com |

6. |
Offer can be redeemed from 10.00 am and 4.00 pm every day of the weekend i.e on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, until offer stock lasts for the day. |

How to Avail Offer |
|
|
1. |
The Visa Cardholder must follow the current purchase process at www.bookmyshow.com and provide his/her Visa card number accordingly, when prompted by the system |
|
|
2. |
The Visa Cardholder must click on the ‘APPLY OFFER’ button/link under the Offer section |
|
|
3. |
Free tickets available each day are limited and available for redemption on a first come first serve basis for Visa Cardholders |
|
|
4. |
In the event that the Offer is applicable for that day, and the Visa Cardholder is eligible, the system will automatically reduce the total bill amount for the Visa card transaction so that the Visa Cardholder receives one movie ticket (with the lowest value) free |
|
|
5. |
In the event that the limit of the Offer has been reached for that day or the Visa Cardholder is not eligible, the system will notify the Visa Cardholder accordingly. The Visa Cardholder will then be given a choice to either cancel the ticket transaction or to proceed with full price for all tickets booked, if the Visa Cardholder so chooses |

6. |
The Offer is only available Friday to Sunday (both inclusive) for bookings made between the timing of 10:00 am that day and 12:00 am of the following day or until the full utilisation of the quota for that day has been reached, whichever is earlier |

7. |
Convenience fee is levied on all tickets booked in a transaction irrespective whether it's a full priced or a discounted ticket |
|
|
8. |
A Visa Cardholder can avail of the Offer only once in a day |

General Terms and Conditions |

|
1. |
In case you have applied for the discount but the transaction doesn't go through for some reason, kindly wait for 20 minutes before trying to avail the discount again |

2. |

3. |
Tickets once bought online, shall be considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged |

4. |

6. |

Terms and Conditions Visa Airport Lounge Access Programme
(the Programme) |
|
Terminology |
|
‘Eligible Card’ under the Programme means any valid and unexpired Visa credit, debit or prepaid card issued in India of the following card types: |
|
|
1. |
Visa Infinite |
|
|
2. |
Visa Signature |
|
|
‘Eligible Cardholder’ means a holder of an Eligible Card.
‘Participating Airport Lounges’ means the list of airport lounges that participate in the Programme as listed below. |
|
Rules of Access Under The Programme
|
|
|
1. |
The Programme is available till 30 September 2014 |
|
|
2. |
Eligible Cardholders will be allowed access to all Participating Airport Lounges under the Programme, based on one of the following entry types: |
|
|
|
a. |
Entry Type 1: Free entry for Eligible Cardholder only, (subject to a nominal swipe fee of 2). All Eligible Cards must be validated at point of entry by swiping a transaction of a nominal value of 2. Further, a limit of two (2) free Participating Airport Lounges access per calendar quarter per Eligible Visa Signature Card and four (4) free Participating Airport Lounges access per calendar quarter per Eligible Visa Infinite Card applies for Entry Type 1. Other access restrictions apply, as mentioned below. |
|
|
b. |
Entry Type 2: Paid entry for the Eligible Cardholder according to the respective prices of usage displayed at the Participating Airport Lounges, for himself/herself only or for his/her accompanying guests (payment will be made directly at the Participating Airport Lounge by the Eligible Cardholder). |
|
|
|
3. |
To use the Participating Airport Lounge, customer’s Card must be validated at point of entry by swiping a transaction of a nominal value of 2. The customer will be denied the free entry, if the Card is not approved by Issuer Bank upon this swipe |
|
|
4. |
Without prejudice to the foregoing paragraphs, Entry Type 1 may be restricted or unavailable: |
|
|
|
a. |
If Visa withdraws the Entry Type 1 (either as a programme or in relation to any Eligible Cardholder or at any Participating Airport Lounge) for any reason at its sole and absolute discretion; or |
|
|
b. |
If the maximum capacity for Visa Cardholders or an Eligible Card type or an Eligible Card type issued by a particular Issuer Bank has been reached at the relevant Participating Airport Lounge. In this regard it is to be noted that capacity limits at a Participating Airport Lounge may be different for different Eligible Card types or Eligible Card types issued by different Issuer Banks. Visa shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for any such unavailability. |
|
|
c. |
Visa makes no guarantee that any privileges, benefits or facilities under the Programme or otherwise will be made available by the Participating Airport Lounge to an Eligible Cardholder and Visa cannot be held liable for the same. Specifically, the free lounge access to customer(s) may be suspended, if the validation system at the Participating Airport Lounge is unable to swipe and authorise the customers’ Card due to any system malfunction or connectivity issues. |
|
|
|
5. |
Usage of the Participating Airport Lounges under the Programme (under both Entry Type 1 and Entry Type 2) is subject to access limits/quota every quarter that will be determined by Visa in its absolute discretion and any attempted usage beyond such access limits/quota will be rejected by the Participating Airport Lounge |
|
|
6. |
All accompanying children (where permitted) will be subject to the full guest fee unless otherwise stated |
|
|
7. |
Facilities generally available at the Participating Airport Lounges (subject to change at any time without prior notice) are listed below |
|
|
8. |
Participating Airport Lounge staffs are responsible for ensuring that all Eligible Cardholders who are using the lounge under the Programme swipe their Eligible Card (with a nominal swipe fee of 2), and will record the usage by swiping their Card and issuing a charge-slip to the Eligible Cardholder |
|
|
9. |
Eligible Cardholders will be charged on their Eligible Card based on the amount stated on the charge-slip presented by the Participating Airport Lounge operator. Whilst it is the responsibility of the Participating Airport Lounge staff to ensure, a valid charge-slip is processed and printed by swiping the Eligible Card, the Eligible Cardholder is responsible for ensuring, before using the lounge facilities, that the charge-slip correctly reflects the applicable usage charges for his entry and that of his/her companion (if applicable). The Eligible Cardholder must retain the 'Cardholder's' copy of the charge-slip for verification purposes, and no allegations of error in charges will be entertained without the charge-slip verification |

10. |
All usage of the Participating Airport Lounges under the Programme is conditional upon presentation of a valid Eligible Card, and Visa, in its sole and absolute discretion, may alter, cancel, or amend eligibility of any Visa card, or Programme benefits, at any time without prior notice |
|
|
11. |

For the avoidance of doubt, privileges under the Programme cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash |

All Participating Airport Lounges are not owned or operated by Visa, but by third party organisations. Eligible Cardholders and relevant accompanying guests must abide by the rules and policies of each respective Participating Airport Lounge, which include, without limitation: |
|
|
|
a. |
Access being denied to the lounge where there are space constraints or if the maximum capacity for Visa Cardholders or an Eligible Card type or an Eligible Card type issued by particular Issuer Bank has been reached at the relevant Participating Airport Lounge. |
|
|
b. |
Admittance subject to users and their guests (including children) behaving and dressing (no shorts allowed outside of the USA) in an orderly and correct manner. |
|
|
c. |
Any infants or children causing upset to other users' comfort may be asked to vacate the lounge facilities. |
|
|
|
|
Eligible Cardholders agree and acknowledge that they may be refused entry and/or asked to vacate for non-compliance with the rules and policies and, for the avoidance of doubt, will not make any complaints against, or hold Visa responsible. |
|
|
13. |
For the avoidance of doubt, Visa makes no guarantee that any privileges, benefits or facilities under the Programme or otherwise will be made available by the Participating Airport Lounge to an Eligible Cardholder and Visa will not be liable in any circumstances whatsoever in relation to the provision or non-provision (whether in whole or in part) of any of the advertised benefits and facilities under the Programme |

14. |
Participating Airport Lounges may reserve the right to enforce a maximum stay policy (usually 2 or 3 hours) to prevent overcrowding. This is at the discretion of the individual lounge operator who may impose a charge for extended stays |
|
|
15. |
Participating Airport Lounges have no contractual obligation to announce flights, nor to remind guests of their flight boarding times, and Eligible Cardholders are solely responsible for abiding by boarding times stated on their flight tickets. Accordingly, for the avoidance of doubt, Visa shall not be liable under any circumstances in relation to any failure to board flights (for any reason) by an Eligible Cardholder |

Eligible Cardholders should make prior enquiries before ordering any separate services/privileges or meal/food items apart from the general free services/privileges or meal/food items offered, and will be responsible for paying any charges for additional consumption directly to the Participating Airport Lounge |
|
|
17. |
Visa shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for any disputes that may occur in, or in relation to the usage of, a Participating Airport Lounge, including without limitation, between the Eligible Cardholder and another guest, airport user, or Participating Airport Lounge operator staff/representatives |
|
|
18. |
By participating in or using, or attempting to use, the Participating Airport Lounge under the Programme, the Eligible Cardholder agrees to: |
|
|
|
a. |
Abide by the terms and conditions set out herein and |
|
|
b. |
to defend and indemnify Visa for any loss or damage caused to, or injury to or death of any person or damage to or destruction of any property arising out of the use of any Participating Airport Lounge by the Eligible Cardholder and/or his/her accompanying guests |

|
c. |
All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction |

Steps to Redeem the Offer |

The Eligible Cardholder has to announce his/her intention to avail of the Offer before making the payments |

The Cardholder must produce a valid Visa Card in original at the time of check-in. The discount amount will be deducted from the final bill amount |
