This offer is brought to you by the merchant partner (French Connection ) and is valid from
20 April 2014 to 31 August 2014 (both dates inclusive) this being termed as ‘Offer Period’. |

Under the offer, Cardholders who use their HSBC Credit or Debit Card on the ‘website’ within the Offer Period will be eligible for an additional discount of 5% on the total bill value ('Offer'). The amount billed on the HSBC Debit or Credit Card will be ‘net of’ the additional discount on the total value. |

Cardholders are requested to read and agree to the website terms and conditions/privacy policy etc. as stated by French Connection on their website and be guided by the same, while availing of the Offer. |

HSBC is not making any Offer on the products and does not make any warranties or representation as to the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products included in this Offer. |

All decisions in respect of the Offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. Other than the specific entitlements available to the Cardholders under this Offer, any other claims with regard to this Offer against HSBC are waived. |

HSBC reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time by giving appropriate notice to the Cardholders. |

HSBC will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services under this Offer. |

The Offer is subject to force majeure events. |

Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Cardholder. |

Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability or quality of the Offer and/or products and/or services under the Offer must be addressed in writing, by the customer directly with the partner and HSBC will not entertain any communication in this regard. |

Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be taken up directly by the Cardholder with the partner. The existence of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC. |

|
| 15. |
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. |

By availing the Offer the Cardholder accepts all the aforementioned terms and conditions in totality. |
