This Offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC India) and any participation is voluntary. This offer is applicable to select Resident HSBC Premier/Advance Platinum/Debit Card and HSBC Debit Card (hereinafter referred to as 'HSBC Debit Card') holders (hereinafter referred to as the 'Cardholder') to whom this mailer has been addressed. |

| 2. |
The offer is valid from 01 April 2012 to 31 May 2012 (both days inclusive) (hereinafter referred to as 'Offer Period'). |
|
|
| 3. |
Only purchases made during the Offer Period using HSBC Debit Card will be eligible for the offer. Cash withdrawals at HSBC / Non-HSBC ATMs or merchant outlets will not be considered as purchases. |
|
|
| 4. |
Under the offer, the top 5 Cardholders in terms of value of Point of Sale (POS) transactions on HSBC Debit Cards during the Offer Period will be eligible for an International trip to Thailand
for 2 people. For sake of clarity, kindly note that the Bank will bear expenses for: |

The package is offered by Make My Trip. Please note, any expenses, apart from the expenses mentioned hereinabove shall be borne by the Cardholder. In case, more than 5 Cardholders become eligible for the Thailand Offer, on account of equal aggregated spends during the Offer Period, the time and date of the Cardholder first becoming eligible for the Thailand Offer will be considered. Therefore, the earliest of the Cardholders qualifying for the Thailand Offer will be eligible. The Cardholder will have to book the offer at least 30 days prior to the date of travel and the offer is valid till November 2012. |

| 5. |
The ‘Thailand Offer’ for achieving the specified spend target will be sent to the Cardholder’s last updated mailing address as per the records available with HSBC India and will be delivered within 6 weeks from the date of closure of the offer. |

| 6. |
Point-Of-Sale (POS) spends reflecting in the Cardholders account during the period
01 April 2012 to 04 June 2012 will be considered for evaluating the eligibility of each Cardholder for the offer. In case of a reversal of a particular transaction, that transaction or such purchase will NOT be considered eligible for this offer. HSBC India will not be liable for any delays in posting of the POS transactions on behalf of the merchants where the HSBC Debit Card was used during the Offer Period. |

| 7. |
The ‘Thailand Offer’ cannot be exchanged for cash. |
|
|
| 8. |
HSBC India does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability or suitability of the Thailand Offer. |
|
|
| 9. |
HSBC India will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer. |

| 10. |
HSBC India reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the Terms and Conditions of the offer at any point in time without prior notice to the Cardholders. All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC India and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All Cardholders waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the offer against HSBC India. |

| 11. |
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HSBC India. |

| 12. |
All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC India and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All Cardholders waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the offer against HSBC India. |

| 13. |
Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Cardholder. |
|
|
| 14. |
The offer is subject to force majeure events. |
|
|
| 15. |
The usage of HSBC Debit Card is governed by the applicable Terms and Conditions.
