This offer is applicable to domestic customers only who are having their debit card and/or credit card with HSBC (hereinafter referred to as the ‘HSBC Card’).
 
Extra points Terms and Conditions for Croma Offer:
1. Croma gift vouchers will be awarded only on eligible HSBC Card transactions at Croma during the Offer Period.
2. The offer is valid for spends on HSBC Cards from 1 February 2014 to 31 March 2014
(both days inclusive) (Offer Period).  
3. Cardholder will receive a Croma gift voucher worth INR1,000 within 20 working days after the end of the Offer Period i.e. within 20 days after 31 March 2014, if the value of transaction done at Croma reaches INR40,000 on a particular HSBC Card during the Offer Period. 
4. The offer will be valid on value of transactions (single or cumulative) done in multiples of
INR40,000. 
5. The gift voucher of INR1,000 is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue as mentioned on the gift voucher. 
6. Extra points will not be earned on these purchases at Croma during the Offer Period, as would have been offered on regular spends. 
7. Cardholder needs to use the same HSBC Card at Croma to reach the threshold of INR40,000 in the Offer Period. Purchases made using different cards (including add-on card) will not be clubbed together to reach the threshold of INR40,000. 
8. Spends at Croma retail stores, Croma ZIP, kiosk and online will only be considered to calculate the cumulative spends for this offer. 
9. In case of cancellation or refund, the amount of the refund will be excluded from the cumulative amount considered for the offer. 
10. Cardholder will receive the gift voucher only at the address registered with HSBC. There would be no deliveries to P.O. Box addresses or to addresses outside India. The gift vouchers will be sent by HSBC.
11. The offer is non-transferable, non-binding, non-encashable and non-negotiable. 
12. The offer is valid for individual purchase only and is not applicable to institutional/office purchases. 
13. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme floated by Croma. 
14. This offer comprising of all the promotions is an exclusive offer and cannot be clubbed and/or combined with any other offer. The offer is only valid in India. 
15. Cardholder should contact the Extra points Call Centre 1800 209 5141 - Monday to Friday, between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm, in case he/she does not receive the vouchers within 20 working days after 31 March 2014.
16. Extra points reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer with an alternative offer of same or more value and products, with intimation to the customer.
 
Extra points Terms and Conditions for Goibibo.com Offer:
1. Goibibo credits will be awarded only on eligible HSBC Card transactions done at Goibibo.com during the Offer Period. Cardholders needs to hold Goibibo.com account to avail this offer.
2. The offer is valid for spends on the HSBC Card from 1 February 2014 to 31 March 2014
(both days inclusive) (Offer Period).
3. Cardholders will receive INR1,000 Goibibo credits, if the value of transactions done at www.goibibo.com reaches INR24,000 on an HSBC Card during the Offer Period. Cardholder needs to complete the travel before 15 August 2014 to receive Goibibo credit worth INR1,000. The credit will be made into eligible Cardholders' Goibibo.com account within 20 days after the Cardholder completes the travel.
4. INR1,000 Goibibo credits are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of credit (including the date of credit).
5. Extra points will not be earned for these purchases at www.goibibo.com during the Offer Period, as would have been offered on regular spends.
6. Cardholder should use the promo code ‘EXTRA GIFT’ while making the payment. Only transaction with promo code ‘EXTRA GIFT’ will be considered to calculate the cumulative spends for the offer.
7. Cardholder needs to use the same HSBC Card at www.goibibo.com to reach the threshold of INR24,000 in the Offer Period. Purchases made using a different card (including add-on card) will not be clubbed together to reach the threshold of over INR24,000.
8. Bookings made only on www.goibibo.com will be considered as a part of this offer. Spends for booking domestic and international flights, hotels, bus, holiday packages and car rentals will be considered to calculate the cumulative spends for the offer.
9. In case a transaction is cancelled or refunded, the full amount of the transaction will be excluded from the cumulative amount considered for the offer.
10. A Cardholder can earn Goibibo credits worth INR1,000 twice during the Offer Period – thus a customer can earn a maximum of Goibibo credits worth INR2,000, if the cumulative spends
are INR48,000.
11. The offer is non-transferable, non-binding, non-encashable and non-negotiable.
12. Prior to availing the offer and disclosing any personal information in relation to the www.goibibo.com website, the Cardholder should read and be aware of the terms and conditions, privacy policy, etc., related to www.goibibo.com website.
13. Spends done on different HSBC Cards or different Goibibo.com account of the same individual will not be combined together to reach the threshold.
14. Cardholder has to sign-up or sign-in on his/her www.goibibo.com account to earn INR1,000 Goibibo credits.
15. Goibibo Credits can be redeemed at www.goibibo.com for domestic and international flights, domestic hotels and bus booking only.
16. The offer is valid for individual purchase only and is not applicable to institutional/office purchases.
17. This offer comprising of all the promotions is an exclusive offer and cannot be clubbed and/or combined with any other offer from Goibibo.com. The offer is only valid in India.
18. Cardholder should contact Goibibo Customer Service number 1-860-2-585858 or e-mail at travel@goibibo.com, in case he/she does not receive Goibibo credits within 20 working days after completing the travel.
19. Any dispute in this regard shall be directly taken up with Goibibo.com. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunal of Mumbai.

HSBC Terms and Conditions
1. This offer is available for all HSBC Cardholders enrolled into the Extra points programme in India. All the terms and conditions of the Extra points programme will be applicable. 2. Extra points will not be earned for these purchases at Croma and www.goibibo.com during the Offer Period, as would have been received on regular spends.

bullet Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute any claim against HSBC. Any dispute in this regard shall be directly taken up with Extra points
