The offer is applicable to existing and new Resident HSBC Credit and Debit Cardholders (Cardholders)
However it will not be extended to HSBC Credit Cardholders who have not repaid their minimum

The offer is valid from 12 June 2015 to 31 July 2015
(Offer Period). |

During the Offer Period, Cardholders on using their HSBC Credit and Debit Card (Card) on the 'BookMyShow Mobile Application', by selecting 'HSBC Offer' in the 'Other Offers' section for a minimum transaction of  500 (excluding internet handling fees) will get an instant discount
of 100 (Offer). Cardholders can avail of the Offer only once during the Offer Period, on purchase of movie tickets only. |

| 5. |
The existing purchase process on BookMyShow Mobile Application will remain unchanged until the stage where the eligible Credit or Debit Card number is to be provided. After this stage, the BookMyShow Mobile Application will recognise the eligible Card, reduce the bill amount and inform the transacting Cardholders accordingly. |

|
| 6. |
Cardholders will have to pay Internet handling fee as levied by BookMyShow on each ticket. |
|
|
| 7. |
HSBC Credit Cards and Debit Cards held by the same customer will be eligible for the Offer separately
on each Card, subject to a minimum purchase transaction of 500 excluding Internet handling fee, on
the Card during the Offer Period. Add-on credit cards will also have separate Offer eligibility. |

| 8. |
Tickets once purchased on the BookMyShow Mobile Application cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. |
|
|
| 9. |
Prior to using the BookMyShow Mobile Application, the Cardholder should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and terms and conditions of BookMyShow, and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder will be required to give personal information and other details online. The Cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy of BookMyShow, prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the Cardholder towards availing or fulfilment of the Offer is at the sole discretion of the Cardholder and HSBC will not be responsible for the same. BookMyShow may use the personal information shared by the customer for any other purpose (like marketing etc.) and HSBC shall not be held liable for such usage of personal information by BookMyShow. |

| 10. |
The Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-encashable. |
|
|
| 11. |
This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer on BookMyShow Mobile Application during the Offer Period. |

| 12. |
BookMyShow reserves the sole right to decide on whether a purchase transaction meets the eligibility criteria as listed above. All decisions in respect of the Offer will be at the sole discretion of HSBC and BookMyShow and the same will be final, binding and non-contestable. |

| 13. |
HSBC and BookMyShow reserve the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice. The Offer may/may not be extended as mutually agreed by HSBC and BookMyShow. |

HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products offered under this Offer. Any dispute regarding these must be addressed in writing, by the customer directly to BookMyShow. |

HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Offer. |

| 16. |
The usage of Credit Card and Debit Card is governed by the applicable terms and conditions. Please visit

| 17. |
The Offer is subject to force majeure events. |
|
|
| 18. |
Tax liability, if any will be borne by the Cardholder. |
|
|
| 19. |
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, will not constitute any claim against
HSBC. |

| 20. |
By participating in this Offer, the Cardholders will be deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned
terms and conditions in totality. |
