As per the provisions of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Master Circular no RBI/2010-11/75; DBOD. AML. BC. No. 2 /14 .01.001/2010-11 dated 01 July 2010 on Know Your Customer (KYC) norms, it is mandatory for all banks to update the customer identification documents (including photographs) for all accounts held with them on a periodic basis.

Accordingly updated documents are required from all customers meeting the following criteria:

	Resident Banking and Credit Card customers who have opened their account / card account more than 5 years ago*.
	Non-Resident customers who have opened an account more than 2 years ago.
