Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and any participation is voluntary.
2. This offer is open only to Resident Indian customers of HSBC India.
3. This offer is open from 27 October 2010 till 08 December 2010 (both days inclusive), herein referred to as 'offer period'.
4. To participate in the offer, participants are required to create a new fixed deposit account for a minimum period of 90 days through internet banking for an amount not less than 10,000 during the 'offer period'.
5. All participants who create at least one new fixed deposit account through Internet Banking for 10,000 and above for a minimum period of 90 days through internet banking for an amount not less than 10,000 during the 'offer period', in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be given an exclusive Digital Clock Photo Frame from HSBC with an approximate value of 200 (herein referred to as 'Gift'). Each Participant will be entitled to only one Gift, irrespective of the actual number of fixed deposit accounts opened through Internet Banking.
6. The choice of Gift will be at the sole discretion of HSBC and is subject to change without any prior notice.
7. The Gifts under this offer shall be dispatched / couriered at the mailing address on record with the bank as at the time of dispatch, within 30 days from the close of this offer. The Gifts shall be delivered / couriered at mailing addresses in India only.
8. All decisions in respect of the offer, including number of Gifts will be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same will be final and binding and is non-contestable. All participants waive any and all rights of claim with regards to the offer against HSBC.
9. HSBC makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the Gift.
10. HSBC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer or by using any of the Gifts.
11. HSBC reserve the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
12. The Gifts cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of the Gift.
13. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HSBC India.
14. Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the participant.
15. By participating in this offer, the participants accept all the above mentioned Terms and Conditions in totality.
