The offer is open to all retail banking (resident & non-resident) customers holding HSBC India Debit Cards (excluding Visa Business Debit Cards and Visa Commercial Debit Cards). Power of Attorney holders are not eligible for this offer. The promotion will be valid only as long as the customer continues to hold a retail banking account with HSBC India. |

The usage of the debit card is governed by the applicable terms and conditions as defined by HSBC from time to time. Please visit www.hsbc.co.in for the same. |

| 4. |
Depending upon the qualification criteria, debit card customers will be eligible for 'Amazon' e-Gift cards hereinafter known as the 'rewards'. |
|
|
| 5. |
Only transactions done using an HSBC India Debit Card at a Point of Sale (POS) and online will be considered as spends under this offer. Cash withdrawals at HSBC or non-HSBC ATMs in India or overseas, any fees/charges and disputed transactions will not be considered or qualify towards the minimum spends value during the Offer Period and will not be eligible for the offer. |

The rewards will not be issued in case the savings account is closed or if the transactions that had made the customer eligible for the rewards were reversed or cancelled for any reason. |

|
| 7. |
The offer will run for a period of 2 months from 00:00 1 November 2020 to 23:59 31 December 2020 and all transactions between 1 November 2020 and 31 December 2020 (both dates included), hereinafter known as the 'Offer Period' will be eligible for the rewards. |
|
|
| 8. |
Debit Cardholders will be eligible for rewards in both the months during the campaign. |

To be eligible for the rewards in any particular month of the Offer Period, the Cardholder will require to meet the minimum qualification criteria mentioned below: |

The qualified customers eligible for Amazon e-Gift card will be sent an email and SMS containing a unique code on their registered email ID and mobile number respectively. In the absence of both registered email ID and mobile number, the unique code will be sent via physical letters to the registered communication address. |

HSBC reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time with appropriate intimation. |

HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products offered under this Offer. |

| 15. |
Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the rewards by the customer will be directly addressed to Amazon (Toll-free number: 1800-3000-2049, Email Id: corp-gc@amazon.in) for the e-Gift card. |

| 16. |
HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer. |
|
|
| 17. |
The customer assumes ownership of the Offer Code once the same is communicated to him/her. |
|
|
| 18. |
The Offer is subject to force majeure events. |
|
|
| 19. |
Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the customer. |
|
|
| 20. |
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute any claim against HSBC. |

| 21. |
The usage of the HSBC Visa Debit Card is governed by the applicable terms and conditions and these terms and conditions will apply to transactions, to qualify for this offer. |

By participating in this offer, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned terms and conditions in totality. |

|
| 23. |
Prior to using the website  and amazon.in mobile application (‘Amazon’), the customer should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and terms and conditions of the said website and proceed only if the customer agrees to abide by the same. The customer will be required to give personal information and other details online. The customer should read and understand the privacy policy of the website and the mobile application prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the customer towards availing or fulfilment of the Offer is at the sole discretion of the customer and HSBC will not be responsible for the same. Amazon may use the personal information shared by the customer for any other purpose (like marketing, etc.) and HSBC shall not be held liable for such usage of personal information by Amazon. |

No queries will be entertained 90 days after the closure date of the Offer. |

Rewards are non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable. |
|

| 26. |
No substitutions or exchange of rewards, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Cardholder shall be allowed. However, HSBC reserves the right to substitute and/or change the rewards or any of them on account of non-availability of rewards, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Cardholder. |

| 27. |
All visuals of the rewards in the communication sent to the Cardholder are indicative only. |
|
|
| 28. |
HSBC may request bills and related proof of purchase, the failure to present this may lead to disqualification. |
|
|
| 29. |
HSBC shall not be obliged to make any public announcements to intimate the successful Cardholders. |
|
|
| 30. |
In case of a refusal by the winner, HSBC holds the discretion and the right to cancel the offer or announce the customer next in line as the winner. |

| 31. |
HSBC reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment or Cardholder from the Program, if any fraudulent/unfair activity or wrongful practice is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card. |

| 32. |
In all matters relating to the Program, the decision of HSBC Bank shall be final and binding in all respects. |

| Amazon Terms and Conditions are as follows: |

Amazon eGift Cards (Gift Cards) may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on . Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with the redeemer's Amazon.in account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit card, net banking or debit card. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards. |

| 2. |
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Unused Gift Card balances associated with an Amazon.in account cannot be transferred to another Amazon.in account. No interest will be payable by Amazon on any Gift Card or Gift Card balance. |

Amazon.in or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt .Ltd. is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ('Amazon') will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on . |

The Amazon.in Conditions of Use apply to Gift Cards. Amazon.in reserves the right to change these Gift Card terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. |

The Gift Card is redeemable across all products on Amazon except apps, certain global store products and other Amazon.in gift cards. |
|
|
| 6. |
Gift Cards once sold are non-refundable, whether you use it or not. |

|
| 7. |
This gift card cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and shall under no circumstances be exchanged for cash. |

| 8. |
Validity of Gift Card cannot be extended, new gift cards cannot be provided against the expired/unused Gift Cards. |

|
| 9. |
Once Amazon code is applied on Amazon India Website or App, it will be valid for 6 months for utilization. |

This gift card is not valid at any of Amazon.in alliance partner website/App or any retail outlets/stores. |
|

| 11. |
All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. |

Gift Cards are a Prepaid Instrument subjected to regulations by Reserve Bank of India. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd and its Gift Card issuing partners will be legally required to share the details of the purchase of the Gift Cards and transaction undertaken using the Gift Card. The issuer is also required to share the Know Your Customer ('KYC') details of the purchaser/redeemer of the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities, as per statutory guidelines issued from time to time. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd and its Gift Card issuing partners may contact the purchaser of the Gift Card in this regard. |
