This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and any participation is voluntary. This offer is applicable only to HSBC Debit Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as the "Cardholder"). |

HSBC Debit Cardholders who make international purchases between 10 June 2009 and 10 August 2009 (both dates inclusive) will be eligible for the offer. |

The following transaction will be considered as International Purchases or Spends for the purpose of awarding the said benefit: |

Payments made to Merchants located outside India and in currency other than Indian Rupees. |
|
This offer is not valid on cash withdrawals made by customers with their debit card. Only purchase transactions carried out during the offer period will be eligible for the offer. |
|
The Picsquare voucher worth Rs.200/- will be either emailed to the eligible customers with valid email ids, or mailed to the mailing address - as per bank records by 30 September 2009. |
|
The voucher is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. |
|
HSBC India reserves the right to change / withdraw this offer at any point in time (without prior intimation to cardholders). |

The offer is subject to force majeure events. |
|
Tax liability, if any will be borne by the cardholder. |

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HSBC. |

All decisions with respect to the offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All participants waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the offer against HSBC. |

Fulfillment Process |

|
Go to the welcome screen, and upload pictures by clicking on the upload button. |
|
Name your album and select pictures that need to be added. |
|
Select the required photos and quantity for photo prints / merchandise and add to cart. |
|
Select the checkout option once all products required are added to the card. |
|
Enter the shipping address and click continue. |
|
Enter the coupon code on the payment page and click the "Apply Coupon Discount" button. |
|
The applied discount can be seen in the discounts section. If the payable amount is more than the discount, the user can select a payment option available to make the balance payment. |
