• This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and any participation in the offer is voluntary.
• Offer is open to all Resident HSBC PowerVantage Plus Platinum and Premier Platinum Debit Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as “Cardholder”).
• Offer is valid till 30 September 2010 and is available at the listed participating dining outlets of Mainland China, Oh! Calcutta, New World Mainland China, Oh! Calcutta Private Dining, Machaan & Sigree in India, and is available in the published menu at these outlets. Offer is not available during the 15 December, 2009 – 3 January, 2010 at all participating dining outlets.
• Cardholder can avail of the offer ONLY if the payment is made through HSBC PowerVantage Plus Platinum Debit Card or HSBC Premier Platinum Debit Card.
• Please announce your intent to avail the offer before the bill is prepared.
• Rates mentioned are per person. Rates mentioned are exclusive of service charges and taxes.
• Emperor’s Feast offer is applicable for minimum 4 guests dining together.
• On the bill value as mentioned below the Cardholder will be eligible for the dining vouchers from the respective participating outlets which can be redeemed at ANY of the participating dining outlets on the next visit

  - On Bill Value of Rs.1000-1499: Earn Rs.200 Gift Voucher

  - On Bill Value of Rs.1500 onwards: Earn Rs.300 Gift voucher

• Further details about the dining vouchers are available with the respective participating dining oulets. Cardholder shall check the details about the same with the participating dining outlets only and shall be abiding to the terms & conditions mentioned thereof. No queries pertaining to the same shall be addressed to HSBC.
• Cardholder can avail of only one offer at a time. Cardholder cannot be ordering emperor's meals and getting the gift voucher.
• Both offers (Emperor’s Feast and earning Gift Voucher) are not valid for the buffet set-up at any of the participating outlets.
• Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other any other promotions, discounts, coupons or special offers that may be in force at the time of purchase at the dining outlets
• Offer is being made by the participating dining outlets. The offer is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be encashed.
• Offer redemption is the sole responsibility of the participating dining outlets. VISA is not responsible for any charge/cancellation of the Offer by participating  dining outlets.
• HSBC or VISA is not making any offer and does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services included in this offer or about the participating dining outlets. All disputes in this regard should be taken up directly by the Cardholder with participating dining outlets.
• The offer is subject to force majeure events.
• Tax liability, if any will be borne by the cardholder.  
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HSBC or VISA.
• The participating dining outlets shall be responsible to honour the offer and ensure smooth execution
• HSBC or VISA reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
• HSBC or VISA shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of availing of the offer.
