The Offers are open for participation to all HSBC Resident Debit Cardholders. To qualify for the privileges, all payments must be made with a HSBC Resident Debit Card. |

HSBC does not make any warranties or representations about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products / services included in this programme or about the Merchants. |

|
HSBC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Offers. |

HSBC is not liable for any defect or deficiency in the product or service obtained / availed of under this programme and any disputes regarding the Offers must be addressed in writing, by the customer directly with the respective Merchants. HSBC will not entertain any communication in this regard.

The Offers may be available at select outlets only, or as indicated for each offer. The terms and conditions of the Offers can be changed at any point in time at the sole discretion of Merchants. |

Intent to avail the Offers must be announced at the outset, prior to the purchase/bookings being made with the Merchants |

HSBC Resident Debit Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in the Offers. Any participation by the Cardholder shall be voluntary and all the Offers made by merchants are purely on a best effort basis. Customers can also make transactions at these merchants without participating in this program and availing the Offers. |

The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, coupons or special Offers. The benefits offered are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other merchandise. No cash claim can be made in lieu of the Offers. |

Tax liability, including Octroi, if any, will be borne by the participants themselves. |

|
The Offer redemption is the sole responsibility of the Merchants and / or their selected outlets. HSBC is not responsible for any changes in the terms of the Offers or cancellation of the Offers by the Merchants/ outlets. |

Any and all disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction. |

By participating in the Offers, the participants accept the Terms and Conditions of entry as specified above and along with each offer in total. |
