This promotion is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and any participation in the said Promotion is voluntary. |

| 2. |
The promotion is open to select retail banking resident HSBC Visa Debit Cardholders (excluding Visa Business debit cards and Visa Commercial debit cards) (Cardholders) holding debit cards issued by HSBC in India and are: |

Inactive i.e. holding the Visa debit card and haven't used it for a merchant POS or internet purchase transaction after 25 May 2017 |
|
|
| • |
Debit card with 2 or < 2 transactions per month after 25 May 2017 |
|
|
| Debit cards activated in the previous campaigns will also be included. |
|
|
|
|
Power of Attorney holders for resident accounts are not eligible for this programme. The promotion will be valid only as long as the Cardholder continues to hold a resident account with HSBC India. |

| 3. |
To avail Amazon e-Gift card of  750, the customer needs to perform minimum of 4 transactions of 1000 (each) and above through Point of Sale (POS) or online purchases on his/her HSBC Visa Debit Card during the period 1 September 2017 till 30 September 2017 (both dates inclusive), hereinafter known as the 'Promotion Period' ('Promotion'). Multiple transactions on a particular day at the same merchant establishment will not be eligible for the promotion.

Amazon e-Gift card will be sent to the eligible Cardholders by 30 November 2017 and will be valid for a period of one calendar year. |

| 5. |
Amazon e-Gift card can only be used for the purchases on the website www.amazon.in and amazon.in mobile application ('Amazon'). Use of Amazon e-Gift card will be subject to Amazon terms and conditions. | 6. |
Cash withdrawals at HSBC or non-HSBC ATMs, any fees/charges and disputed transactions will not be considered or qualify towards the minimum spends value during the Promotion Period and will not be eligible for the Promotion. |

The eligible Cardholders will be sent an email and SMS on their registered email ID and mobile number respectively containing a unique Amazon e-Gift card Code ("e-Gift card Code") by 30 November 2017. In the absence of both mobile number and registered email ID, the unique code will be sent via physical letters to the registered communication address. |

Customer will also be eligible for earning EXTRA Points under the Loyalty Programme from HSBC |

| 9. |
HSBC reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this programme by another programme, whether similar to this programme or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time with appropriate intimation. |

The "Amazon.in e-Gift card" will not be issued in case the account to which the Cardholder's card is linked is closed or in case the residential status of a customer changes or if the transaction is reversed or cancelled for any reason at the time of fulfillment. |

| 11. |
HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products offered under this promotion. Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the products/services availed under this promotion must be addressed in writing, by the Customer directly to Amazon. |

|
| 12. |
HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the promotion. |

| 13. |
The Cardholder assumes ownership of the Promotion Code once the same is communicated to him/her. |
|
|
| 14. |
The Promotion is subject to force majeure events. |
|
|
| 15. |
Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Cardholder. |

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute any claim against HSBC. |

The usage of the HSBC Visa Debit Card is governed by the applicable terms and conditions and these terms and conditions will apply to transactions, to qualify for this Promotion. |

By participating in this Promotion, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned terms and conditions in totality. |

Prior to using the website www.amazon.in and amazon.in mobile application ('Amazon'), the Cardholder should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and terms and conditions of the said website and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder will be required to give personal information and other details online. The Cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy of the website and the mobile application prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the Cardholder towards availing or fulfilment of the promotion is at the sole discretion of the Cardholder and HSBC will not be responsible for the same. Amazon may use the personal information shared by the Cardholder for any other purpose (like marketing, etc.) and HSBC shall not be held liable for such usage of personal information by Amazon. |

| These terms and conditions apply to Amazon.in e-Gift Cards ("e-Gift Cards") issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited ("QwikCilver"). QwikCilver is a private limited company organized under the laws of India, and is the issuer of e-Gift Cards. By purchasing or using an e-Gift Card, you are agreeing to and accept these terms and conditions. |

Redemption
e-Gift Cards may only be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible products on the website www.amazon.in and amazon.in mobile application ('Amazon') . Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's e-Gift Card balance. Any unused e-Gift Card balance will remain associated with the redeemer's Amazon.in account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's e-Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by credit card, net banking or debit card. No fees or charges apply to e-Gift Cards. QwikCilver may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of e-Gift Cards that they purchase or use.

Limitations
e-Gift Cards, including any unused e-Gift Card balances, expire one year from the date of issuance. e-Gift Cards may only be purchased in denominations ranging from 10 to 10,000, or such other limits as QwikCilver may determine. e-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Unused e-Gift Card balances associated with an Amazon.in account may not be transferred to another Amazon.in account. No interest will be payable by QwikCilver on any e-Gift Card or e-Gift Card balance. QwikCilver makes no representation or warranty that www.amazon.in will always be accessible without interruption.

Fraud
QwikCilver is not responsible if an e-Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained e-Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.amazon.in.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You, QwikCilver and Amazon each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore. You agree to indemnify QwikCilver and Amazon for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability
Neither Qwikcilver nor Amazon make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to gift cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a gift card is non-functional, your sole remedy will be the replacement of such gift card. If applicable law does not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you and you may have additional rights.

General Terms.
The Amazon.in Conditions of Use apply to e-Gift Cards. QwikCilver reserves the right to change these e-Gift Card terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion with appropriate notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
