  • These offers are applicable to all HSBC Business Debit Cardholders to whom this communication is addressed, hereinafter referred to as the "Cardholder".
  • Cardholders must use their HSBC Business Debit Card to avail of these offers.
  • The offers are valid for a limited period only. Each individual offer is valid till the offer end date as mentioned in the offer details.
  • These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions of the respective offers. By participating in this offer, the Cardholders accept all the above mentioned terms and conditions as well as terms and conditions of the respective offers as specified, in totality.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other existing or new offer.
  • All visuals in the communication sent to the Cardholder are for representational purposes only.
  • HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability or suitability of the merchandise and/or services including, extra taxes levied for purchase of products or services provided by the partner brand.
  • Cardholders shall be solely responsible for all effects and consequences of the service offered.

  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer between the cardholder and HSBC shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HSBC.
  • All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the discretion of HSBC and the participating entities, and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All Cardholders waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the Offer against HSBC.
  • The offer is subject to force majeure events.
  • Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Cardholder

  • This Offer is valid for new eligible individuals who are not existing members of BIG FLIX (First time) and are valid Debit Card holders at the time of registration for this Offer.
