These offers are brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and any participation in this regard is voluntary.
These offers are applicable to all HSBC Business Debit Cardholders hereinafter referred to as the "Cardholder".
The offers are valid for a limited period only. Each individual offer is valid till the offer end date as mentioned in the offer details.
These General Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with the offer specific terms and conditions. By participating in this offer, the Cardholders accept all HSBC General Terms and Conditions as well as terms and conditions of the respective offers as specified, in totality.
This offer cannot be combined with any other existing or new offer.
All visuals in the communication sent to the Cardholder are for representative purposes only.
HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability or suitability of the merchandise and/or services including, extra taxes levied for purchase of products or services provided by the partner brand.
Cardholders shall be solely responsible for all effects and consequences of the service and/or product offered.
HSBC will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer.
HSBC and the participating entities reserve their absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any point in time without prior notice to the Cardholders.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HSBC.
All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the discretion of HSBC and the participating entities, and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All Cardholders waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the Offer against HSBC.
The offer is subject to force majeure events.
Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Cardholder

Choice Hotels

Validity: This offer is valid from 1 March 2010 until 28 February 2011.
This offer from Choice Hotels is brought to you by HSBC and Visa Commercial Cards, and any participation is voluntary
This offer will be valid only if the customer makes payment for the covered products through HSBC Visa Business Debit Cards.
To avail of this offer, prior reservations should be made at the regional sales offices, and rooms are subject to availability. The rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
This offer is not valid on long weekends, public holidays, festivities and seasonal vacations
This offer cannot be used in combination with any other promotion and is not valid for group bookings.
Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or kind.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, in-house offers, discounts, coupons or special offers, unless otherwise stated.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, each participating cardholder releases Visa and HSBC from any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including any claim for legal expenses) sustained or incurred by him/her in conjunction with their participation in the program.
HSBC, Visa and Choice Hotels reserve the right to change or terminate the offer without prior notice.
HSBC and Visa do not warrant the quality or performance of the products or services in the offer, and shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from or in connection with the offer.
In case of disputes, the decision of HSBC, Visa and Choice Hotels is final and conclusive.
