Dear Customer,
We appreciate having you as a valued HSBC Credit Cardholder. At HSBC, we're always looking for ways to allow you to manage your finances and credit card payments as conveniently as possible. Here's a quick list of the various payment options you have, to pay your monthly credit card dues:
Standing Instruction
If you have an account with HSBC, you can issue a written Standing Instruction (SI) to have a predetermined percentage of your monthly credit card outstanding to be automatically debited from your HSBC account on the due date. The account designated for this must be either your individual account or a joint account with 'any' or 'either' signing mandate. In case of insufficient funds in your account when the payment is due, if the instruction is declined, a Standing Instruction Failure Fee will be levied to your account and reflect in your next statement.
National Automated Clearing House (NACH)
Authorize us to directly debit your payment from any bank account you hold, four days before the due date. This option is available in Mumbai and New Delhi only.
Internet Banking/Mobile Banking app
Log into HSBC Personal Internet Banking/HSBC India mobile banking app to pay your credit card outstanding with ease from your HSBC Bank account. Payments made through Internet Banking/Mobile Banking app will be credited to the card account on the next working day.
Electronic Fund Transfer
Use National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) to pay your credit card bill by mentioning your full credit card number. Remember, the IFSC code for NEFT payments is HSBC0400002
Mail Cheque/Draft
Send a cheque/draft, to your nearest HSBC branch. Collection charges will be levied basis the applicable tariff for your city. Please ensure the cheque reaches us at least three working days before your due date to avoid any late payment fees.
PhoneBanking
Pay your bill through HSBC PhoneBanking, a convenient option if you hold a savings/current account with HSBC. Payments made through PhoneBanking will be credited to the card account on the next working day.
ATMs
Deposit cash or a cheque into your HSBC Credit Card account, any time at an HSBC ATM in India. If you are an HSBC accountholder with ATM access to your bank account, you can transfer funds from your savings or current account to your HSBC Credit Card account. The payment will reflect in the HSBC Credit Card account at the end of the processing day/working day.
Over the counter
Visit any HSBC branch in India to make payment by cash or cheque, just remember to mention your Credit Card number. Please note that a charge (as applicable) will be levied for HSBC Credit Card bill payment made in cash at HSBC branches.

All other terms and conditions on your credit card remain the same.
