Customers' consent will be taken for his application for an HSBC Platinum / Gold Credit Card. Relevant documents will be collected from the customer by HSBC's representatives and the card will be issued subject to these documents and on the sole discretion of HSBC. |

Cardholders will be eligible for additional 5000 Reward Points ONLY as welcome gift after they have done purchase transactions worth  5000 on their Credit Card within 60 days of card issuance. Balance Transfer / Cash Advance transactions will not be considered for this offer. |

Customer needs to call HSBC contact centre and claim their Reward Points once the eligible purchase transaction worth 5000 is done for this programme . |

Issuance of Credit Card is at the sole discretion of HSBC. |

The customer will be eligible for the offer only when the Credit Card is issued. Should the Credit Card not be issued due to certain conditions which is at the sole discretion of HSBC, the customer will not be eligible for the 5000 Reward Points. |

HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the merchantability or suitability of the Reward Points offered as reward under this offer. |
