• This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and any participation is voluntary. This offer is applicable to select HSBC Westside Credit Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as “Cardholders”) to whom SMSes have been sent.
• Under this offer, HSBC Westside Credit Cardholders will be given 50 extra Reward points, when they make a transaction (any amount) on their card at any store between 12 September 2009 to 14 September 2009, both dates inclusive.
• The additional reward points will be awarded only for purchase transactions.
• The incremental reward points will be credited to the cardholders account by 10 October 2009
• All terms and conditions of HSBC's Rewards Programme are applicable, unless otherwise mentioned.
• The offer is subject to force majeure events.
• Only non-defaulting credit cardholders will be eligible for the offer.
• Tax liability, if any, shall be borne by the cardholder.
