Visa SRPL Dining Offer: Terms and Conditions

• The Visa SRPL (Speciality Restaurants Private Limited) Dining Offer is open for participation to all Visa Gold, Platinum and Signature (both Credit & Debit) Cards issued in India. To qualify for the privileges, all payments must be made with a Visa Card
• Offer is applicable for minimum 4 guests dining together
• Rates mentioned are per person. Rates mentioned are exclusive of service charges and taxes
• The promotion period for the "Visa Dining" Offer is until 30th September 2010. Offer is available at the listed outlets of Mainland China, Oh! Calcutta, New World Mainland China, Oh! Calcutta Private Dining, Machaan & Sigree in India, and is available in the published menu at these outlets
• Offer is not available during the following black-out period:
• December 15, 2009 - January 3, 2010 – all restaurants
• 26 October, 2009 in Oh! Calcutta
• September 21-30, in all restaurants of Kolkata during Durga Puja
• Gift vouchers on a la carte:
• On  Bill value of Rs.1000 to Rs.1499, customers will get Gift Voucher worth Rs.200
• On  Bill value of Rs.1500 or more, customers will get Gift Voucher worth Rs.300
• Vouchers are transferable and can be redeemed at any participating outlet

Visa General Terms & Conditions

• Visa Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in the Visa SRPL Dining Offer. Any participation by the Cardholder shall be voluntary and all the offers made by Visa & Dining are purely on a best effort basis. Customers can also make transactions at Dining outlets without participating in this program and availing the offers
• Visa shall not be responsible for, nor does it guarantee the quality of goods and services provided by any of the outlets in the Visa SRPL Dining Offer, nor is VISA liable for any deficiency in the products or inadequacies of the services so obtained or availed of by the Cardholder from the outlet
• The Visa SRPL Dining Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, coupons or special offers. The benefits offered in the Visa Dining Offer are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other merchandise
• Rates are based on published rates in the menu, and subject to service charges and statutory taxes. Offer redemption is the sole responsibility of the participating Dining outlets. Visa is not responsible for any charge/cancellation of the Offer by outlets

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction. And such disputes shall be governed under the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996
