This
offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking
Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and any participation is voluntary
.This offer is applicable to all HSBC Gold, Platinum, Premier
MasterCard credit cardholders and HSBC Westside & HSBC Spencer's
Retail credit cardholders (hereinafter referred to as the "Cardholder")
for purchases made on the travel services portal or at the given
customer services phone numbers of Redbus. |

Cardholder
booking bus tickets with Redbus through its portal www.redbus.in or any
other sales channel after quoting the relevant program code "HSBC10X"
and pay through any of the HSBC Gold, Platinum, Premier, HSBC Westside
& HSBC Spencer's Retail credit card will be eligible for the reward
points. |

Every time the cardholder chooses to transact through Redbus their reward points get multiplied by 10. Eg-1:
On spend of Rs.100 on HSBC Gold Credit card earlier the card holder
used to get 1 Reward Point, now the cardholder gets 10 Reward points. |

Reward points accrued as a part of this promotion will be credited in the first week of the following month. Eg:
Any cardholder transacting on 1st of June will get the rewards by the
First week of August, similarly any cardholder transacting on 30th of
June will get the rewards by the First week of August itself. |

This offer is only valid on transactions booked online @ www.redBus.in, and not on home delivery orders. |

HSBC
is not making any offer and does not make any warranties or
representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability or
availability of the products or services included in this offer or
about the participating establishment. All disputes in this regard
should be taken up directly by the HSBC cardholder with the respective
partner. However in the event reward points not being credited by the
agreed timeframes, you may contact HSBC call center for necessary
clarifications. |

This offer is valid till 31st December 2010. |

HSBC
India shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be
suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result
of availing of the offer. |

All
decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the sole discretion of
HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All
participants waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the offer
against HSBC. |

Any
disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only. The existence of any dispute
shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC. |

This offer cannot be combined with any ongoing offers, discount or promotions. |

HSBC
reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and
conditions of the offer at any time without prior intimation to the
Cardholders. |

The offer is subject to force majeure events. |

Tax liability, if any will be borne by the cardholder. |

By participating in the promotion, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in toto. |
