This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (‘HSBC’) and Tanishq (‘merchant) under an arrangement with Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd (‘Big City’) and any participation in the said offer is voluntary. |

| 2. |
The offer is applicable to existing and new Resident HSBC Credit and Debit Cardholders, excluding Corporate Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as the “Cardholders”). Credit Cardholders who have not repaid their minimum payment due within 30 days of their payment due date as mentioned on the credit card statement, will not be eligible for the offer. |

Cardholders are required to use their valid HSBC Credit or Debit Card (“Card”) to avail of the offer. |

| 4. |
During the period 23 April 2017 to 30 April 2017 (both days included) (“Offer Period”), Cardholders will get 10% cash back, subject to a maximum cashback of  10,000 per card (‘Offer’), on minimum purchase (Total bill amount) of 50,000, at Tanishq stores in India, on using their HSBC Debit or Credit card (“Offer”). HSBC Debit Cards and Credit Cards held by the same customer will be eligible for the Offer separately on each Card. Add-on credit cardholders will not have separate offer eligibility. |

| 6. |
Multiple card transactions adding up to 50,000 during the offer period will not be eligible for the Offer. However, multiple items adding up to 50,000 included in a single bill will be eligible for the Offer. |

| 7. |
Cashback will be credited to the cardholder’s account within 90 days after end of offer period ie by 29 July 2017. The charge slip must be retained for future reference and communication with HSBC. |

| 8. |
The cash back is in addition to any other discount that may be offered by the merchant during the Offer Period. |
|
|
| 9. |
Any transaction that is cancelled or reversed during the offer period will not be included in the spend amount calculation and will not be considered for the purpose of calculating the cash back eligibility. |

| 10. |
HSBC does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the offer and does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability, availability, delivery or after sales service of the products/services offered under this offer. These shall be at the sole liability of the merchant and any disputes in this regard should be taken up directly by the Cardholder with the merchant. |

| 11. |
HSBC reserves the sole right to decide on whether a purchase transaction meets the eligibility criteria as listed above. All decisions in respect of the offer will be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. Other than the specific entitlements available to the Cardholders under this Offer, any other claims with regard to this Offer against HSBC are waived. |

| 12. |
HSBC reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice. The offer may/may not be extended as per the sole discretion of HSBC. |

HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer. |

The Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-encashable. |

|
| 15. |

The offer is subject to force majeure events. |
|
|
| 17. |
Tax liability , if any, will be borne by the cardholder. |
|
|
| 18. |
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute any claim against HSBC |

| 19. |
By participating in this offer, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned terms and conditions in totality. |
