| General |

| 1. |
This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and any participation in the said offer is voluntary. |

|
| 2. |
The offer is applicable to existing and new HSBC Platinum Credit Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as the 'Cardholders'). |
|
|
| 3. |
Cardholders are required to use their valid HSBC Platinum Credit Cards to avail of the offers. Any participation in the offer is voluntary. |
|
|
| 4. |
During the period 18 December 2014 to 30 September 2015 (Offer Period), HSBC Platinum Credit Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as 'Cardholders'), on using their HSBC Platinum Credit Card (Credit Card) will be entitled to the following offers (Offers): |

Taj Holiday Experiences: 10% discount on Taj Holidays across themes at hotels in India only. Visit http://www.tajhotels.com/Taj-Holidays/Index.aspx for the list of participating hotels. Offer valid for bookings made between 18 December 2014 and 30 September 2015. |

| b. |
Weekend WOW Offer: |
|
|
| |
| i. |
Hotel credit of  4,000 on Taj Hotels, 3,000 on Vivanta Hotels and 2,000 on Gateway Hotels, applicable at participating Hotels*. |
|
|
| ii. |
Pricing - Best Available Rate (BAR) offered on the booking only. |
|
|
| |
Minimum Length of Stay - 2 Nights (Friday check-in and Sunday checkout). |
|
|
| |
Offer valid for bookings made between 18 December 2014 and 30 September 2015. |
|
|
|
|
| 5. |
The Offers are subject to terms and conditions of The Indian Hotels Company Limited
(Taj Hotels) and the Cardholders are required to refer, read, understand, accept and agree
to be bound by them prior to availing the Offer. |

| 6. |
Cardholders will be required to quote the specified promotional rate codes at the time of booking and use their valid HSBC Credit Card for payment, in order to avail the Offer. | 7. |
The cardholder will be required to give personal information and other details at the time of booking, by way of calling or by sending an email to the Taj Reservations team. Any disclosure of information made by the cardholder towards availing or fulfilment of the offer is at the sole discretion of the cardholder, and HSBC shall not be responsible for the same. |
|
|
| 8. |
These are limited period offers. Upon completion of the Offer period as detailed above, the Cardholder will not be eligible for the Offer. In order to avail the Offer, the booking must be made during the ‘Offer Period’ as specified in point 4 above. |
|
|
| 9. |
HSBC reserves the sole right to decide on whether a purchase transaction meets the eligibility criteria as listed above. All decisions in respect of the Offers shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. |
|
|
| 10. |
HSBC reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice. the Offer may/may not be extended as mutually agreed by HSBC and The Indian Hotels Company Limited ('Taj Hotels'). |

HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services offered under these offers. |

| 12. |
HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in these offers. |

| 13. |

The Offer is subject to force majeure events. |
|
|
| 15. |
Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Cardholder. |

Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the products/services availed under these offers must be addressed in writing, by the customer directly to Taj Hotels. |

| 17. |
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute any claim against HSBC. |
|
|
| 18. |
This offer cannot be clubbed with any other voucher or offer (i.e. it is to be redeemed individually). |
|
|
| 19. |
By participating in this offer, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned terms and conditions in totality. |

| TAJ HOLIDAY EXPERIENCES |
| |
| 1. |
Taj Holidays Offer is valid for bookings made between 18 December 2014 and 30 September 2015 unless otherwise specified. |
|
|
| 2. |
Rates are valid for a minimum length of stay as specified. |
|
|
| 3. |
Confirmation of rooms is subject to availability. Room reservation is based on allocation of rooms on these special offers. |
|
|
| 4. |
Payments towards all bookings must be made by a valid HSBC Platinum Credit Card. |
|
|
| 5. |
Rates are not valid for group bookings and conferences. |
|
|
| 6. |
Outdoor recreational activities included in the Offers will be provided subject to weather conditions. |
|
|
| 7. |
Extension of stay on pro-rata basis. |
|
|
| 8. |
Change of dates for bookings on the Taj Holidays offers is not permitted once the payment is received for the same. |
|
|
| 9. |
Taj Holidays offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. |
|
|
| 10. |

| WEEKEND WOW OFFER |
| |
| 1. |
Weekend WOW Offer is valid for bookings made between 18 December 2014 and 30 September 2015 unless otherwise specified. |
|
|
| 2. |
Offer is applicable on a minimum two nights stay. The Offer is available at select Taj Hotels*; subject to availability. |
|
|
| 3. |
The Offer is only valid on Weekends i.e. for a Friday check–in and Sunday Checkout. |
|
|
| 4. |
The hotel credit received on availing the Offer can be used against any of the paid services, during the stay. |
|
|
| 5. |
The hotel credit has to be used during the course of the stay in the residing hotel and cannot be used for a future stay or service at other hotels. |
|
|
| 6. |
Should a guest decide to checkout earlier than 2 nights stay, the credit offered will be withdrawn. |
|
|
| 7. |
Additional taxes and Government levies are applicable. Please be advised that certain states levy tax on rack rates or published tariff. |
|
|
| 8. |
Payments towards all bookings must be made by a valid HSBC Platinum Credit Card. |
|
|
| 9. |
Reservations may be cancelled as per the default policy of the hotel without any charge. The reservations cancelled thereafter will be charged a one night cancellation or no show charge. Cancelled reservations will not be eligible for the Offer. |

|
| 10. |
This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, promotional rate or negotiated rate. |
|
|
| 11. |
No refund in form of either cash or kind towards unutilised hotel credit amount is allowed. |
|
|
| 12. |
Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered a group booking. The hotel reserves the right to refuse such bookings on the basis of availability and may apply special rates. |
|
|
| 13. |
Taj Hotels will not be responsible for inability of the guest in availing of the benefits under the Offer due to any reason whatsoever. |
|
|
| 14. |
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Taj Hotels reserves the right at anytime at its absolute discretion without prior notice, to vary, withdraw, cancel or invalidate the Offer without having to give a reason thereof, and without compensation whatsoever. Also to reject any claim in the event of irregularity, discrepancy or dispute, and Taj Hotels decision shall be final, conclusive and binding on all. |

Rates are subject to change in case of change in validity periods, rate seasons, contracted periods, applicable laws or Government policies. |
|

| 16. |
For stays extending over the weekday the applicable Best Available Rate, subject to availability will be applied. In such a case additional hotel credit per additional night extended will not be offered to the guest. |
|
|
| 17. |
Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces reserve the right to withdraw the Offer at anytime. |
