• This offer from is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and any participation is voluntary. This offer is applicable to HSBC Classic, Gold, Platinum & Premier Credit Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as the "Cardholder") to whom this communication is addressed
• This offer is valid from 17 May 2010 to 17 July 2010. To be eligible for 250 Reward points, the first successful debit should occur on or before 30 Sep 2010.
• The credit of 250 Reward points will be carried out within 30 days of the first debit for the Standing Instruction(SI) takes place successfully.
• Cardholder will not be eligible for 250 Reward points if the Standing Instruction is declined for lack of funds.
• The Cardholder interested in applying for SI will be sent a Business Reply Envelope  which must be duly filled in and mailed to HSBC or submitted at an HSBC Branch for the Standing Instruction to be set up.
• The account nominated for SI must be the Cardholder’s sole account or a joint account with “any” or “either” signing mandate.
• If the account is not sufficiently funded and the Standing Instruction is declined, Cardholder will be liable to pay SI Fail Fee in line with the current Tariff Structure.
• If in a particular month, the Cardholder makes a manual payment (s) greater in amount than the SI amount, the SI will not get actioned for that month.

  For example -
  Outstanding amount = Rs.50,000
  Standing Instruction = 10% of outstanding amount = Rs.5000
  In this case, if the Cardholder makes a manual payment for an amount greater than Rs. 5000, the SI will not be executed.

• HSBC shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of availing of these offers
• HSBC reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the Terms and Conditions of this offer at any point of time
• Any disputes arising out of this programme shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only
• The existence of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC
• This offer is subject to force majeure events
• Tax liability, if any shall be borne by the Cardholder
• All terms and conditions of the HSBC Rewards Programme shall apply.
