• This service is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (hereinafter referred to as 'HSBC'). This service is applicable to HSBC Credit Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as 'Cardholder')
• Cardholders who do not register for the IVR transaction OTP will be unable to carry out IVR transactions using their HSBC Credit Card from 01 February 2011
• The IVR transaction OTP facility is currently not available for Add-On Credit Cardholders and Corporate Cardholders
• All visuals in the communication sent to the Cardholder are for representational purposes only
• HSBC will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the service or usage of the facility
• HSBC reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the Terms and Conditions of the service at any point in time without prior notice to the Cardholders. All decisions in respect of the service shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All Cardholders waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the service against HSBC
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HSBC
• All decisions in respect of the service shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All Cardholders waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the service against HSBC
• Tax liability, if any will be borne by the Cardholder
• The service is subject to force majeure events

• By availing the service the Cardholders accepts all the aforementioned Terms and Conditions in totality
