• This offer is exclusively for The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited India (HSBC/Bank) Credit Cardholders only (hereinafter referred to as 'Cardholders').
• Cardholders are required to use their HSBC Credit Card to avail the offer. Any participation in the offer is voluntary.
• This offer is brought to you by the merchant partner (Royal Images).
• The Cardholder has to make the payment using his/her HSBC Credit Card to avail the offer.
• HSBC is not making any offer on the products and does not make any warranties or representation of the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products included in this programme.
• All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All participants waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the offer against HSBC.
• HSBC reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior intimation to the Cardholders.
• HSBC will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non use of products/services under this offer.

• The offer is subject to force majeure events.
• Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Cardholder.
• Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability or quality of the offer and/or products and/or services under the offer must be addressed in writing, by the customer directly to the partner(s) and HSBC will not entertain any communication in this regard.
• Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be taken up directly by the Cardholder with the partner. The existence of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC.
• By availing the offer the Cardholder accepts all the aforementioned Terms and Conditions in totality.

Royal Images Terms and Conditions:

• This offer is open to residents across India holding any valid and subsisting HSBC Credit Card (hereinafter card) in good standing (hereinafter referred to as "Cardholder").
• The Cardholder has the opportunity to purchase the product offered by Royal Images Catalogue Company ("RICC")listed in the product catalogue (hereinafter "Catalogue") annexed herewith for a price as set-out therein and the Cardholder shall make payments from his/her Credit Card for the same.
• Any such participation in the offer by the Cardholder is voluntary. Under this offer the Cardholder may place an order for any number of products (hereinafter "Order") from the Catalogue.
• The payments by the Cardholder would be charged to their respective Credit Card(s) inclusive of applicable delivery and handling charges for the Products ordered.
• The Order placed by the Cardholder is subject to the following: Cardholder shall place the Order in the prescribed manner as indicated in the Catalogue or as specified by the Bank from time to time.
• All Orders accepted between 7:00am to 11:00pm, from Monday to Saturday & 9:00am to 6:00pm on Sunday. All delivery will be made within 21 working days from the date of placing the order, subject to availability of stock.
• Product once delivered and accepted by the Card holder in good condition shall not be taken back.
• In the event of any defect found in goods, the Cardholder shall be required to call 'RICC' call centre within 48 hours of the products delivered. However in case of failure to do so, the product shall be considered as used and your request shall stand as rejected.
• No amount will be refunded once the Card holder places the order. In case refund request are honored by "RICC" in exceptional circumstances then it will only be made post customer returning the goods. In lieu of exchange / return of product, all the cost of courier or any charges would be borne by the Card holder. However if the product needs replacement due to defect (covered under warranty terms) found the courier charges would be borne by 'RICC'.
• Bank makes no warranties of representations, either expressed or implied, with regard to the merchantability, suitability, availability, type, quality or fitness of the Product offered in this catalogue.
• It is also clarified that Bank shall not be liable on account of any deficiency or defect in the Product / services availed by any Cardholder nor shall the Bank entertain any claim in respect of the same.
• The Bank shall not be liable in any manner for any loss / damage / claim whatsoever and howsoever that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods or services by the Card holder under this Offer.
• Any disputes or claims that may arise out of the Offer are necessarily to be referred only to "RICC" and in full exception to the Bank. The Cardholder Undertakes not to raise any dispute nor shall he/she initiate any legal proceeding with respect of the Product / service offered under this Offer against the Bank.
• Bank holds the exclusive right in its sole discretion to refuse or deny the offer to any Card / Cardholder.
• The Card holder shall become ineligible to participate in the Offer; in the event the Card holder becomes delinquent and / or his/her Card is cancelled before the expiry of / during the Promotion Period. In any such event, the Card holder shall be deemed to be disqualified and ineligible from participating in the offer.\
• The Bank reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify or change or vary any or all the terms and conditions of the Offer at its sole discretion and the same shall be binding on the Card holder at all times. Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body or any other participating merchant establishment which may arise or accrue on a Card holder, if any, shall be borne directly by Card holder and/or billed to the account of the Card holder.
• The terms and conditions mentioned herein shall not override anything inconsistent with terms and conditions contained in Card holder(s) Agreement and in case there is a conflict between the terms and conditions mentioned herein and the terms and conditions contained in the Cardholder(s) Agreement, the terms and conditions contained in the Cardholder(s) Agreement shall prevail.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai only. Actual product may vary slightly from the picture shown in the insert.
• 15 days assured money-back policy is available to the Card holders from the date of purchase incase of quality issues pertaining to product/s purchased and/or found unsatisfactory.
• Money-back policy is not applicable for Laptops, iPads and phones.
