This
offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking
Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and GINGER and any participation is
voluntary .This offer is applicable to all HSBC Gold, Platinum, Premier
MasterCard credit cardholders and HSBC Westside & HSBC Spencer's
credit cardholders (hereinafter referred to as the "Cardholder") for
purchases made on the portal or at the given customer services phone
numbers or directly at any of its hotels. |

Cardholder
who book hotel rooms / or avail any services through its portal
www.gingerhotels.com or any other sales channel and make the payment
through the HSBC Gold, Platinum, Premier or HSBC Westside & HSBC
Spencer's Retail credit cards will be eligible for the reward points. |
|
This promotion excludes all sales incurred at Ginger hotel - Delhi. |

Every time the cardholder chooses to transact through Ginger hotels their reward points get multiplied by 10. Eg-1:
On a spend of Rs. 100 on HSBC Gold Credit card earlier the card holder
used to get 1 Reward Point, now the cardholder gets 10 Reward points. |

The
date of stay needs to be within 2 months from the booking date. The
cardholder needs to complete the stay for availing the benefit. The
reward points would be credited to cardholder's account upon completion
of the stay upto a maximum of a month after the stay. Eg: Any
cardholder transacting on the 2nd June for a booking on the 1Aug09 will
get the reward points credited by the second week of Sept09. |

HSBC
is not making any offer and does not make any warranties or
representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability or
availability of the products or services included in this offer or
about the participating establishment. All disputes in this regard
should be taken up directly by the HSBC cardholder with the respective
partner. However in the event reward points not being credited by the
agreed timeframes, you may contact HSBC call center for the necessary
clarifications. |

This offer is valid till 31st March 2010. |
|
HSBC
India shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be
suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result
of availing of the offer. |

All
decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the sole discretion of
HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All
participants waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the offer
against HSBC. |
|
Any
disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only. The existence of any dispute
shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC. |

HSBC
reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and
conditions of the offer at any time without prior intimation to the
Cardholders. |

This offer cannot be combined with any ongoing offers, discount or promotions. |
|
Regular credit card terms and conditions apply. |
|
The offer is subject to force majeure events. |
|
Tax liability, if any will be borne by the cardholder. |
|
By participating in the promotion, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in toto. |
