- This offer is exclusively for The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) Credit and Debit Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as ‘Cardholders’) only.
- Cardholders are required to use their HSBC credit / debit card to avail the offers. Any participation in the offer is voluntary.
- This offer is brought to you by the merchant partner (Qatar Airways) and is valid from 15 July 2013 to 30 September 2013.
- Cardholder will be entitled to a discount based on the class of travelling as defined by Qatar Airways as mentioned in the communication. The Cardholder has to make the payment using his/her HSBC credit / debit card to avail the offer.
- HSBC is not making any offer on the products and does not make any warranties or representation of the quality, merchantability, suitability, fitness or availability of the products included in this programme.
- This offer is valid from 15 July 2013 to 30 September 2013 (both dates inclusive)
- The offer may be extended by the partner’s upon mutual agreement with HSBC.
- All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All participants waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the offer against HSBC.
- HSBC reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the Terms and Conditions of the offer at any time without prior intimation to the Cardholders.

- The offer is subject to force majeure events.
- Tax liability, if any, arising out of the present offer, will be borne by the Cardholder.
- Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability or quality of the offer and/or products and/or services under the offer must be addressed in writing, by the customer directly to dining partners and HSBC will not entertain any communication in this regard.
- Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be taken up directly by the Cardholder with partner. The existence of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC.
- Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
- By availing the offer, the Cardholder accepts all the aforementioned Terms and Conditions in totality.

| Qatar Airways Terms & Conditions: |
- Offer valid for Sale from 15 July 2013 and shall be valid until 30 September 2013.
- All Out-bound Travel must commence on or before 31 March 2014.
- The offer is valid only on www.qatarairways.com/in-hsbc link only and the same cannot be availed through any travel agent or Qatar Airways counter.
- Tickets are applicable on Qatar Airways flights only and are not applicable on Code share partners.
- Blackout Dated: Apply for In-bound from 15 Dec 2013 to 5 Jan 2013.
- Offer not available if booking is done in the below mentioned booking class.
*Booking Class - C & Z in Business class.
*Booking Class - Y, B, W & V in Economy class.

- The offer is valid for journey originating from Ahmedabad/ Amritsar/ Bengaluru/ Chennai/ Delhi / Goa / Hyderabad/ Kochi/ Kolkata/ Kozhikode/ Mumbai/ Thiruvananthapuram locations only.
- Name change is/are not permitted once the ticket/s is/are issued.
- Qatar Airways is not responsible for any delay that occurs for reason outside its control.
- Qatar Airways does not cover Hotel or stop over charges.
- Offer is discount on fares only and not valid for any form of cash back.
- Offer is not available on flights operated by Qatar Airways Code-share partners.
- Discount is applicable on the basic fare only. All other taxes and surcharges will apply.
- Offer is not valid on previously purchased tickets.
- Offer is not applicable in combination with any other promotion or offer.
- Offer / seats are subject to availability.
- Offer provides the normal Qatar Airways baggage allowance, any additional baggage will be charged as per the normal baggage policy.
- Online booking using real time payment is available for any flights up to 2 days before scheduled departure time.
- This Offer does not cover any additional expenses such as Visa Charges, Hotel or stop-over charges.
- Online booking is also not available for any flight with a scheduled departure more than ten (10) months into the future.
- Date change, Reissue or Refund charges will be applicable as per the fare rules.
- Aircraft features may vary depending on the aircraft configuration.
