This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and any participation in the offer is voluntary. This offer is applicable to all Resident HSBC Classic, Gold, Platinum, Advance Platinum, Co-branded and HSBC MakeMyTrip Credit Cardholders (including add-on card, if any) (hereinafter referred to as "Cardholders"). Add-on credit Cardholders will not have separate offer eligibility. |

Credit Cardholders who have not repaid their minimum payment due within 30 days of their payment due date as mentioned on the credit card statement, will not be eligible for the offer. |
|

| 3. |
This offer is valid from 1 October 2017 to 31 October 2017 (both dates inclusive). (“Offer Period”)
|
|
|
| 4. |
Under this Offer, Cardholders will be entitled to a cashback upon using his/her valid HSBC Credit Card for making a minimum of 3 purchase transactions during the Offer Period, totaling to spends amount as indicated in the table below: (“Offer”) |

| 5. |
Cardholder will be entitled to only one Cashback based on the spend level. Eg. Cardholder will receive  500 Cashback if the spends are between 25,000 - 39,999 and will receive
750 Cashback only if the spends totaling to 40,000 or more, during the Offer. |

| 6. |
This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer on HSBC Credit Card. |
|
|
| 7. |
The cashback will be credited to the eligible Cardholders by 31 December 2017.
|
|
|
| 8. |
Cash advances, any fees/charges, cancelled, reversed and disputed transactions will not be eligible for this Offer. |
|
|
| 9. |
The total value of purchase transactions will be calculated including add-on cards (if any) linked to the Primary Credit Card account eligible for the Offer. |
|
|
| 10. |
If a Cardholder has multiple Cards, then the Offer is valid for all Cards individually. Transactions on multiple Cards will not be combined. |

| Registration related Terms and Conditions: |
|
|
| 11. |
To qualify for the offer, Cardholders will be required to register for the Offer using mobile number/email id registered with HSBC. Cardholders will need to register only once to qualify. However, if registration is done using mobile number/email ID which is not registered with HSBC, then such registration would not qualify for the Offer.

| 12. |
Cardholders can register for the Offer by: |

| a. |
Messaging “HSBCFEST” to 575750 or |
|
|
| b. |
Clicking on the URL link provided in communication sent by the Bank & sending the return mail |
|
|
|
| 13. |
Cardholders can register anytime during the Offer period. Once registered, Cardholder’s transactions for the entire Offer period will be considered for the offer, irrespective of the date when he/ she has registered for the Offer. Eg. If the cardholder registers for the Offer on 30 October 2017, all the transactions from 01 October to 31 October 2017 will be considered for the offer. |

| General Terms & Conditions: |

| 14. |
HSBC reserves the sole right to decide on whether a purchase transaction meets the eligibility criteria as listed above. All decisions in respect of the Offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. Other than the specific entitlements available to the Cardholders under this Offer, any other claims with regard to this Offer against HSBC are waived. |

| 15. |
HSBC reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice to the Cardholders. |

| 16. |
HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Offer. The existence of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC |

|
| 17. |
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only. |

| 18. |

| 19. |
The Offer is subject to force majeure events. |
|
|
| 20. |
Tax liability, if any will be borne by the Cardholder. |
|
|
| 21. |
By availing of the Offer the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned terms and conditions in totality. |
