• This offer is being made by Pizza Hut and is brought to you by VISA Inc. ("VISA"). Any participation in the offer is voluntary.
• The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) is not making any offer and does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services included in this offer or about the participating Pizza Hut outlets.
• Offer is open to all Resident HSBC VISA Gold / Platinum Credit Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as "Cardholder").
• Offer is valid till 30th December 2010 unless otherwise specified.
• Cardholder can avail of the offer ONLY if the payment is made through HSBC VISA Credit Card, and no other payment mode would be allowed.
• During the Offer Period, Cardholders can avail of a savings of up to 32% (on a la carte menu prices) when purchasing the King Size Meals as listed in the email communication sent. (The ‘SAVINGS’ prices for the King Size Meals as stated in the email communication are subject to change during the Offer Period in line with any changes to the ala carte menu prices).
• The ‘Exchange option’ and ‘Upgrade options’ are applicable only on the King size set pizza and pasta meal stated in the email communication.
• Offer is available at select dine-in outlets of Pizza Hut in India, and is available in the published menu at these outlets.
• Rates are based on published rates in the Pizza Hut menu card, and subject to service charges and statutory taxes.
• Please announce your intent to avail the offer before the bill is prepared.
• Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other any other promotions, discounts, coupons or special offers that may be in force at the time of purchase at the participating Pizza Hut outlets
• Offer is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other merchandise.
• Offer redemption is the sole responsibility of the participating Pizza Hut outlets. HSBC and VISA is not responsible for any charge/cancellation of the Offer by participating Pizza Hut outlets.
• The offer is subject to force majeure events.
• Tax liability, if any will be borne by the cardholder.
• Cardholders irrevocably agrees that, any dispute, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction and such disputes shall be governed under the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 (as amended up to date). The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HSBC.
• The participating Pizza Hut outlets shall be responsible to honour the offer and ensure smooth execution
• HSBC or VISA reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
• HSBC or VISA shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of availing of the offer.
