| 1. |
This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (‘HSBC’), in association with MakeMyTrip (India) Private Limted (“MakeMyTrip”), and any participation in the said offer is voluntary. |

| 2. |
The offer is applicable to existing and new HSBC Credit Cardholders, excluding Corporate Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Cardholders’). Add-on cardholders will have separate offer eligibility. |
|

| 3. |
Cardholders will be entitled to cashback as per the details mentioned below, for International flight bookings (both one-way and roundtrip) booked on Sundays during the period 30 April 2017 to 31 July 2017 (both dates inclusive) (‘Offer Period’), on the MakeMyTrip website or mobile application using the HSBC Credit Card (“Card”) (“Offer”).Cardholders can avail of the offer for only one International flight booking (one-way or roundtrip) per card per Sunday. |

The cashback (as mentioned above) will be credited to the credit card account within 21 working days from the date of transaction. For queries regarding the cashback, Cardholders must write to internationalbookings@makemytrip.com within 3 months from the booking date. |

| 5. |
The minimum transaction amounts mentioned above are not inclusive of any charges levied by MakeMyTrip. Such charges will be additional. |

| 6. |
Cardholders can avail of the Offer for only one International flight booking (one-way or roundtrip) per card per Sunday. If the booking is done more than once on a single Sunday, the booking will be confirmed but the Cardholder will not receive any cashback on the non-eligible transaction. For multiple bookings in a single transaction, Cardholder will receive the cashback applicable for one booking only. All bookings are subject to availability. |

| 7. |
The Offer is valid on international flight bookings originating from India, and is valid on adult and child bookings only and not valid for infant (less than 2 years) bookings. The Offer is not valid on multi city flights (ie flights booked through multi-city tab on website). |

| 8. |
This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer on MakeMyTrip. |
|
|
| 9. |
The offer is valid only for bookings done by visiting website Makemytrip.com or downloading the MakeMyTrip Mobile Application available for iOS on the App Store and for Android on Google Play Store. |

| 10. |
To avail of the Offer, the Cardholder must use the applicable Coupon code when booking on the MakeMyTrip website or mobile app, and then make the payment using a valid HSBC Credit Card. If the coupon code is not entered correctly then the transaction will not be eligible for the cashback. |

| 11. |
This Offer can be availed only if the full payment is made using an HSBC Credit Card. Transactions where payment (partial or full) is made using any other mode of payment (MakeMyTrip Wallet, e-vouchers, 3rd party wallets, payback points, COD, Pay Pal, net banking payments or other bank cards) will not be eligible for the cashback. |

| 12. |
In case of cancellation of booking (in part or full), before the cashback has been credited, Cardholder will not be eligible to receive the cashback on the cancelled booking. In case of cancellation of booking (in part or full) after the cashback has been credited, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund amount and standard cancellation policy of MakeMyTrip (as specified on MakeMyTrip website) will apply. |

| 13. |
Prior to using the MakeMyTrip website and/or the mobile app, the Cardholder should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and terms and conditions of the said website and the mobile app, and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder will be required to give personal information and other details online. The Cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy of the website and the mobile app, prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the Cardholder towards availing or fulfillment of the offer is at the sole discretion of the Cardholder and HSBC shall not be responsible for the same. MakeMyTrip may use the personal information shared by the cardholder for any other purpose (like marketing etc.) and the Bank will not be held liable for such usage of personal information. |

| 14. |
The offer is subject to the terms and conditions of MakeMyTrip and the Cardholders are required to refer, read, understand, accept and agree to be bound by them prior to availing the offer. |

| 15. |
MakeMyTrip reserves the right to decide on whether a purchase transaction meets the eligibility criteria as listed above. All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the discretion of MakeMyTrip and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. |
|

| 16. |
HSBC and MakeMyTrip reserve the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, these offers by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice. The offer may/may not be extended as mutually agreed by HSBC and MakeMyTrip. |

| 17. |
HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the services offered under these offers. Any dispute regarding these must be addressed in writing, by the customer, directly to MakeMyTrip. |
|

| 18. |
HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer. |

| 19. |

| 20. |
The Offer is subject to force majeure events |
|

| 21. |
Tax liability, if any will be borne by the Cardholder |

|
| 22. |
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute any claim against HSBC |

| 23. |
By participating in this offer, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions in totality. |
