Marks and Spencer Sale - HSBC terms and conditions:
- This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking
Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and any participation is voluntary.
This offer is open to Premier Mastercard® Credit Card and
Platinum Credit Cardholders only and not applicable on Classic
Credit Card, Gold Credit Card and HSBC Co-branded Credit cards.
- Cardholders are required to use their HSBC credit card to pay
for the offers and avail of the cashback.
- The upto 50% discount offer is being made by Marks & Spencer
and the additional 5% cashback offer by HSBC for HSBC credit cardholders.
- HSBC Credit Cardholders are eligible for the additional 5% cashback
on using their HSBC credit card for a minimum purchase amount
of Rs.3,500/- per transaction.
- The cashback would be credited into the customer’s credit
card account, one month after the promo has ended, subject to
the cardholder meeting the following criteria:
- The purchase amount, i.e. the amount swiped on the HSBC
Credit Card, should be a minimum of Rs. 3,500/-
(Three Thousand and Five Hundred) after all applicable discounts
at the store.
- The cardholder should be an existing cardholder with HSBC
at the time of cashback being credited to his account.
- The cardholder should be a Non-Delinquent customer of HSBC
during the Marks & Spencer sale period and at the time
of cashback being credited to his account.
- The cardholder should not have defaulted on any of his payments
during the Marks & Spencer sale period and at the time
of the cashback being credited to his account.
- HSBC is not liable for any defect or deficiency in the product
obtained under this offer and all disputes in this regard should
be taken up with Marks & Spencer.
- This offer is valid from 06 August, 2010 to 26 August, 2010
or as mutually agreed by both parties.
- All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the sole discretion
of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
All participants waive any and all rights of claim with regard
to the offer against HSBC.
- Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only. The existence
of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against
HSBC.
- HSBC reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of
the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior
intimation to the cardholders.
- The offer is subject to force majeure events.
- Tax liability, if any will be borne by the cardholder.
- The usage of the credit card is governed by the applicable terms
